Large room, modern facilities, clean and comfortable but see comment below regarding cleaning services, somewhat decent gym (some equipment was broken).

On arrival we were told trash would be emptied every two days and the room cleaned every fourth day (11 day stay). We had zero trash pickups and the room was cleaned on the fourth day only after we insisted and were told that "we're not due yet" and that they will see what they can do. So cleaning service during the stay is essentially non-existent at this Hyatt if staying four days or less and one has to beg for it if staying longer. The excuse was that it's summer, it's busy, and they have only five to seven cleaning personnel for the entire hotel. OK Hyatt... this is your issue to resolve.

Selection was good but the temp was not good.

Should have been advised that maid service was only on request when we checked in, so after being out all day and returning to room we noticed no maid service when confronting the staff at front counter about maid service was informed they should have advised us when checking in, which we were not advised, and staff did not seem to be concerned.

Close to the venue where my son's wedding reception was.

I requested Months before my 3 night stay, to stay on an upper level away from the elevator. I Reiterated that request a week or 2 before I arrived. No attention was given. She said that they did not See The Request. Therefore, all of the regular rooms were unavailable by the time I arrived from Oklahoma, that night. Therefore, had to pay $40 extra per night to make it happen.

Booked 2 queen bed room. Called to confirm after online reservation confirmed. At check in was told "Booking came through as king with pull out sofa bed". Rude staff at check in. Sofa bed and pillows covered in short white hairs. Only 1 extra pillow and no blankets/bedding for sofa bed. Coffees and condiment packs opened/used. Room was dirty and had an odd smell. There are better options in the Quad Cities. Do not recommend.

The hot breakfast was cold.(ate 645 am), location was good

No housekeeping, too much furniture in the room, cabinet for refrigerator needs repair, no tub..just shower

Their pool was shut down and it was not posted on any site online. Still charged crazy $300 for hotel with facilities that are not working. Was checked into wrong room and staff was like sorry it is bookings fault. So guess booking has issues too.

Great location! Loved the view from the 9th floor lounge and also from our room. Cocktails and appetizers were top notch. Will be back!!!!

It was right by the river would of lingo of had a river view but didn’t request it. Very clean and nice! Breakfast was amazing at hot. Great food since Covid is over!

I paid in cash and it took awhile for them to figure out my receipt and it was on my child’s card the next day and for the next week! She had to call bank to stop payment. The counter person didn’t know the computer system well enough!

Loved the room and we had a beautiful view of the Miss.

The bathroom was great including the wonderful shower. However, the shower head was on pulse and it was very hard to change it to regular shower.

there was no microwave available but in reservation it shows refrigerator and microwave available but not I have 5 months baby with me . i want to reception I told them there was no microwave she your reservation was third party it’s shows wrong pictures you need to cancel reservation start with new with hyatt house per night will charge $290/- I said no sorry I got so much problem because I need to warm milk for my 5 months baby.

Id called in the night prior to tell them my check in and they said a note would be left and at the time of arrival everyone was clueless. I was told my form of Visa card was not accepted and that it was stated on website and was not and it wasn’t stated in lobby either. When speaking to the gentleman about my room at check-in his co-worker made several faces at all my questions as if I was a bother. I should’ve gotten her name and reported her. Elevator smelled of urine. My room didn’t have a microwave as stated and I didn’t get the lake view room I paid for. I was too tired from work to complain but I should’ve.

The room was great! The size is awesome for the price. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was served each morning. It was served in a clean environment. The food was delicious and they had a good variety.

It could have been cleaner, the room needed an air freshener or the carpet needed to be cleaned. The bed was made in a hurry it was messy when we arrived. There wasn't enough tissue/toilet paper in the room when we arrived.
