Dirty , bugs , filthy walls and furniture, blankets an pillows looked old and over used

Filled with Mexican construction men that were loud and drank in the parking lot all night. You can hear anyone and everyone through the doors, wall and floors. My room had 5 massive holes in the door of the bathroom. Room smelled really really bad had to open the window the whole time to lessen the smell. When I arrived my itinerary said to check in at noon when I got there at 1 they told me sorry you’ll have to wait to 3, The moment I walked in and could even say a word. Front desk was on her phone texting and made me wait to be addressed so she could “finish her text.” Walls were filthy and clearly need to be filled and repainted. Had no idea this was used as a long stay as well.

i find it sad we would have to pay for cookware and utensils.

there is a microwave and fridge in the room

people live there so there were some cooking smells staff was alright but could be a little more professional

Got to the property to find out they didn't have a room for us. They did nothing to help. Would not give me a receipt showing it was their mistake so I could get my money back. Hotel reeked of Mary Jane in the lobby. Place was dirty!

The staff is very pleased and professional

I know it’s out of your control but someone had allowed there dog to poop in the entrance hallway by the elevator and outside the back door and didn’t clean it up leaving it for your staff and I don’t think that’s fair

I never made it past the Lobby. I walked thru the front door and walked into a cloud of smoke. The place reeked of marijuana. There was no way I was going to stay at this place especially with children. The young woman behind the desk apologized and said it is supposed to be a non smoking facility, but people don’t listen and she needed to spray again. She cancelled my stay and I had to find a hotel else where. The buildings surroundings were sketchy also.
