The location was excellent. The room was clean and the public areas well maintained. The jacuzzi worked though the water was warm not hot but since some adults were allowing small child pre-school play in it. It is understandable the property did not wish to be sued by irresponsible parents.

Breakfast lacked protein, it was almost all carbohydrates. Sadly some woman with multiple children decided to inflict her family on all guests. Most guests vacated quickly.

Old .. no elevators. Front desk staff hard to understand and not a quick checkin. One of our rooms the air didn’t work.

The pool had very good available hours, and my kids loved it. Nearly everything was good quality, and the price was excellent for all the amenities.

Please provide plenty of hot water and tea in the breakfast. Not everyone likes to drink coffee. Staff could have been a bit more friendly and communicative, but no major complaints there.

I make the trip to Iowa to see my granddaughter at least once a year sometimes two. My son and his family also stay. We have stayed several times and love the facility and most of the time the staff.

This trip didn’t end so well. As always I clean the rooms and make sure the trash is in the cans and set by the door. I put any used towels in the tub. This trip was no different. My 3year old grandson got sick in the middle of the night and vomited on the bed. There was no time to get him to the bathroom. It was a small spot. I check my bank statement and see $100 has been deducted from my account by your facility. I called and gentleman said that I put food on the bed so I have to pay for the cleaning. I explained yo him what happened and he said that was what the toilet was for. Again I explained that my grandson was 3 and he woke up throwing up. I questioned why I was being charged for cleaning a blanket that had to be cleaned anyway. You don’t wash your bed linens after guest stay? He hung up on me. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not stay at this facility again nor will any of my friends or family. It’s sad because I always stay there and always recommend to other family who are traveling there in a regular basis but this treatment over something you are supposed to clean anyways is ridiculous.

Soon as I walked in the front desk man canceled my reservation. To top it off I showed him that my money was already taken he said we only use credit cards I stated that was NOT a problem and that I could transfer it over to my credit card as long as I seen proof of him canceling the payment off my debit card he said he couldn't do that and that they do not except locals. Again I stated not a problem cancel my reservation because you said I'm not welcome he said it was a 3rd party problem until I called the police showed the police they had already took they payment from my debit card I couldn't get 2 words out before he canceled my reservation they cops told the man No you canceled her reservation she's sat here and waited for us now that I'm here cancel her reservation the whole time I was recording everything because I'm a women and it was 2 men being very aggressive and they are the ones that canceled my reservation. After the cop review the footage he said "If I were you I'd leave a review so Noone else goes through what you did" I also took video of the man try to spray me with a chemical I was asked did I wanna press charges I told him NO the review I would leave would cost the company. I was refunded my money 2 days later. It won't let me upload video but here is the picture of the man claiming he is management. Within 2 seconds of the cop being there everything changed I could then get my room but after being treated like that and being called a local on top of them not stating you need a credit card online I was over it and just wanted it to be over. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel
