The warm hospitality of the staff, strong internet connection and a good set up to work from the room, spacious and well appointed room, very clean bathroom, excellent quality of the food, perfect location, nice swimming pool, good value for money. An excellent alternative to hotels with a perfect combination of very good services and privacy.

The swimming pool was poorly maintained and smelly. I got a parasite in my right foot

So many positive things about these 3 days in Dar es Salaam. The establishment meets all the criteria in terms of location and facilities.The breakfast is extra and above all the staff is dedicated, especially the owner who is always there for advice or to help. I recommend it absolutely.

The ambience, cleanliness, staff and overall feeling are fantastic. Very friendly staff and management. Cleanliness was exceptional. We didn't get to try the food but the menu looked great. This is exactly what I've been searching for in Dar.

There are only few TV channels. You can hear quite a lot from the corridors and from the rooftop terrace, better sleep with earplugs if sensitive to noise.

Staff were very accommodating in changing dates.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Fig Tree Residences. I found the staff to be super friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are very clean, and the laundry service is much appreciated. WiFi worked very well. Any minor issues with the room were quickly resolved. In the future I will definitely consider staying at Fig Tree Residences if I’m in Dar.

I would suggest having a better shelving system in the closet especially for long term guests and available irons in the rooms for quick touch ups.
