Es war alles super neu und gepflwgt und sauber.

Die Betten waren nicht breit, deshalb war die Matratzenhärte zu hoch gewählt. Schade. Ein weicher Topper würde Abhilfe schaffen.

The place is very beautiful. Very quite. The staff is excellent and very friendly. We enjoyed the stay and the weather was surprisingly wonderful too.

If you are traveling by car , you have to pay for parking in the property . The rest is wonderful

the apartment was much more than we need. the kitchen had everything, from oven to dishwasher. it located in a pleasant street which not far from the main station. Frank friendly and helpful. everything quite at home and comfortable.

if I need to very picky, in Booking it stated that they accept card payment, but actually they didn't. btw there is a office, but Frank may not always be there, so it'd be better to have his phone number at hand. (yes, he told us so.)

The hosts took great care of us even before our arrival. We were thinking about canceling the trip due to bad weather and unfortunate events, but Frank and Doris, the hosts, were very attentive and willing to help. We decided to go on with our trip in the end. The apartment itself is only a few steps away from the center of the old town. It was a stylish spacious room, fully equipped with sparkling clean furniture and utensils. The bed was comfy, hot water and heating were great. We couldn't ask for more.

Perfectly small and comfortable. Owners super friendly and helpful. We had a problem finding it with Google but they made every effort to help us locate. Only issue was Frank's speed of giving tele number answer phone message with our inadequate knowledge of German numbers. We had to call back 4 times!

It was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great plus appreciated dishwasher! The location was also very nice and the host very friendly. Would highly recommend!

There were some very small bugs mostly on the veranda probably because of the apartment heaving a lot of wood structures. Nothing major

The host was very friendly and polite, and was able to speak to us in English. He even explained to us about the folklore of the Harz mountain. The property was pretty near the train station and the town centre. Room was cozy with a small kitchen. Everything you require at home was provided and working well. The beds were great too!

It was a lovely 7 day stay at the Ferienwohnung Altstadtidylle with our family of 4. The owner met us upon our arrival and was available to answer any questions or concerns. He was also helpful giving us tips about where we could go and what we could do. The location was excellent for getting around Wernigerode downtown on foot. We ran up to the castle 3 times to enjoy the magnificent view!. The holiday apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and just what we needed for our vacation. We would highly recommend this Ferienwohnung. The parking was also cheap and easy to access.

Perfect location! Located next to the main street of Wernigerode. The landlady was incredibly nice (thank you again!) and we felt at home immediately. You can park your car for free a few minutes walk from the house, or you can park it in a closed parking spot next to the house for €4 a night. We stayed in the room for two: the kitchen had all the basics (microwave oven + one cooking fire), but is not big enough to cook large meals. No worries as there are plenty of nice restaurants to choose from in Wernigerode :) We definitely recommend this place!

The location was great, the place spacious and clean. Very nice hosts. Many facilities (excellent for longer stays).
