Couldn’t get a more central location in this lovely village.
Plenty of good food, cafes and restaurants all within a 2 min walk.
Everything you need is supplied in this lovely room. Can’t fault the room or location.
Can’t think of anything that would improve our stay.

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed. A spacious room at the top of the building with access up a flight of stairs. Everything is of the highest standard. It is right in the centre of Lymm which is a delightful and scenic small town. Easy access to the Trans Pennine Trail. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating for arrival, storage of bicycles and good advice for parking and places to eat. We had a great stay and highly recommend staying here. We loved it just sad it was only 1 night!

Lovely room, beautifully furnished and perfect for a short stay. The bathroom is good with a large and powerful walk-in shower.
The location is wonderful - very close to the canal and the quaint town centre. There are two really good little pubs in the same street too.
Parking is easy, and there's a small Sainsburys round the corner.
Nothing really - perhaps bigger bath towels and robes?

Very easy, perfect location and comfortable and clean. We recommended it to all locals that asked as we were at a party in the local wine bar.

A cosy and very clean apartment in the centre of town. Instructions on checking in were as super clear as the mirrors in the apartment! Bed is very comfortable and warm. Public outdoor parking around the corner is a convenient walk and cheap. Walking distance to shops, coffee and pubs.
Not a big deal but stairwell up to the room is a little narrow so if you have a large suitcase you might struggle a little.

The property is located in a beautiful old village with a small river and plenty of amenities. It wasn’t too far to walk from the car park either, but what was an absolute joy was the room itself. It was warm, comfortable and spacious. Beautifully decorated with high vaulted ceilings. And everything spotlessly clean. Highly recommend and we intend to come back for more.

A very central location. Unfortunately, the pub a couple doors down had an open mic night which was quite loud but if we didn't have young children we would have been out for dinner and unaffected by this.
The room was massive - the photos didn't do it justice. Lots of room, nice and clean and a sizeable bathroom.
Great shower, comfy bed and we really appreciated the mini fridge with fresh milk and a coffee machine.
The noise from the pub but it was quiet by 11pm.

We loved everything, the location, parking was easy, the bed was amazing, biggest and comfiest bed I've ever slept in!
Room was huge, and the fridge was great for storing the pork pies we bought from the brewery tap!
It was our first stay in Lymm and we will definitely be back. Was made to feel very welcome everywhere we went. Had a lovely meal at Elmas and bonus for us was the makers market on the Sunday.
Don't hesitate to book! Definitely 10 out of 10 😊

The room well was lovely. Very well decorated and extremely comfortable. It was in a great location and very good value for money. Getting in was easy, all information was sent tonus before hand meaning we could arrive and lrave as we needed. We would highly recommend this accommodation.
