Stunning hotel, great service, would recommend.

Room was in good condition and decent size to.

The room wasn’t particularly clean, bed was made perfect but could have done with a good hover from the last person staying. Loads of bits like nuts and fluff under the bed and next to it. Wasn’t terrible tbh

The location to the town center

Shower didn’t work in first room after moving rooms I was put into a room near some sort of squash court and was woken with a constant banging of a ball on a wall

Beds were comfy, lovely duvet and pillows. Nice shower in the room.

Out of a 6 night stay, two days our rooms weren't cleaned, sheets changed, beds made, towels changed and toilet rolls not put in. Twice we had to ask. We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 boys aged 5 and 2. Also we didnt include breakfast on our room as we didn't know if it would suit us. We did end up eating breakfast in the hotel. We asked on our 2nd day if we could add breakfast to our room as this was cheaper than paying full price and we're told by the receptionist that we couldn't add it on now. It could only be added in advance. Bad pool times for children. Small Children are always up early our boys were up at 7am but not allowed in the pool until 9am! Not good enough. My husband went to the pool most mornings himself and it was very quiet so don't understand why children aren't allowed in early. Also during the week children are not allowed in after 5pm. Again not good enough. For families who are out all day visiting places like Gullivers World, the Safari Park and Aquarium etc during the day by the time we got back to the hotel most days it was after 5pm so we couldn't even go to the pool with the kids. The reason I picked this hotel was for the pool but very disappointed with kids times. Also no fridge or safety deposit box in the room.

First room has someone in it when I opened the door. Second was supposed to be a Club room. Very basic, dirty carpets, dusty in corners and infestation of tiny moths.

Breakfasts were not good, not enough food needed to ask for areas to be refilled, hot water machine broken! Bar closed at 12 but advertised to 4am

nothing, despite my previous stay not being great (hence my last review) I was pleasantly surprised this time! as I am staying here numerous times a month for work, this experience was much better!
