Owner/staff were very nice. The apartment was beautiful with a great view from the balcony. Maybe a little pricey but worth it.

Have just spent a week here. Marco, the owner, and property contact Daniela were brilliant. Daniela taxi service was exactly as required. Good level of accommodation for 2 adults and 2 teens with a breathtaking balcony and view. The lift to the promenade was much appreciated after a day in Dubrovnik and all the steps. Uber or Bolt is good value transport for 4 people and always arrived in less than 5 minutes. Lapad was a good option to stay at. Good range of bars and restaurantd. Loved swimming in the sea 20 metres from the apartment exit. Thank you.

We recently returned from an enjoyable time at this lovely well appointed apartment that is really close to the sea and restaurants. Many thanks to Danjela for providing the transportation to and from the airport and we would not hesitate recommending and returning in the future.

Property was nice with perfect location near beach. Daniella was very helpful and made the check in easy. She also made numerous trips to airport for us due to visitors coming at different times. The only reason I give 4 stars was due to queen bed mattress extreme discomfort. This made the nights very unrestful. Otherwise the condo is very nice and spacious. The patio is large and the view is incredible.

Thé location of this apartment cannot be beat. 2-3 min walk from everything you would need. Spectacular views and 30 seconds from jumping into the sea. Both Marco and Daniela’s response time was within minutes. Everything was truly perfect. Cannot recommend this highly enough. A MUST if you are going to Dubrovnik and want to get away from the crowds. Just a 10min Uber drive away. Book this place!!

Located in a quiet apartment/condo complex with quick access to the pedestrian promenade and numerous access points to the water. The property manger, Danjela, provided airport pick up and drop off at a very reasonable price and was friendly with a wealth of information of things to do and see. The accommodations were very clean, well stocked with essentials and offered cool sleeping temperatures after spending the day at the beach in the hot sun. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5, with the fifth possibly sleeping on the large leather couch in the family room. Beautiful sunsets and views, making eating breakfast or enjoying some nice Croatian rose or white wine on the patio a must. Hard to find a better place for a nice family vacation. Hope to return one day.

The property has amazing views and is in an excellent location for enjoying the weather, choices of restaurants, and 2 buses into the Old City. There is a grocery story down the street and many places on the bay to enjoy the water. I would definitely stay there again.

Ein wunderschönes Appartment direkt an der Adria gelegen mit Zugang zum Meer. Wir sind Ende September jeden morgen schwimmen gewesen, bevor wir auf dem Balkon in der Morgensonne gefrühstückt haben. Viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind prima fußläufig zu erreichen, ohne Autoverkehr. Mit öffentlichen Bussen gelangt man schnell in die Altstadt. Wir sind auch mal zu Fuß in die Old City gelaufen. Der Balkon hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und man kann von dort den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Appartement ist modern und mit allem Komfort . Ana und Marco waren aufmerksame Gastgeber und immer per WhatsApp sofort ansprechbar. Sie haben uns den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen per VAN arrangiert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

It's an easy bus ride to Dubrovnik and Ana gave us tips about the local supermarkets etc. I would agree with some of the other comments about not relying on guests to provide kitchen/ cleaning basics, there wasn't much there when we arrived, (we didn't need it because we ate out all the time)We didn't take many trips because of the unpredictable weather but didn't feel we missed out. We got a Dubrovnik card and did all the museums and went to Cavtat, the card includes the bus tickets so we definitely got our money's worth. However because of the great location of the apartment we could swim from the ladders on the rocks and eat well in the local restaurants without having to go anywhere else. I think it would be a great place for a holiday with childrenWe really enjoyed the holiday and would certainly go back to this apartment if we went again

On our first day we watched the sunset from the balcony while enjoying a great glass of wine.We spent 9 days and could stay longer easily. We ate our breakfast at the balcony. Only a five minute walk got us to the beautiful sunset beach where we enjoyed happy hour in one of the great bar restaurants at the beach while watching the sunset every day.10 min walk from the apartment along the beautiful promenade and we got on the bus number 4 or 6 to the gorgeous old town. The bus ride lasts about 10 minutes and costs about 2 dollars each way. Because we love walking we walked back from the old town to the apartment almost every time and took us about 45 min.Overall, great apartment and great location.The negative side was that there was no soap in the restrooms or soap to shower or do the dishes.We had to go to a nearby supermarket to buy some items. Also, there was no welcome basket with a few fruits or water as we're used to have when we rent places in Europe. And also, one annoying house rule is that if you use the toilet paper you must replace it to the next guests as well as coffee. These negatives notes above should be used as something positive for the hosts to take into consideration for their next guests. But everything else was good. I'd recommend the place and would stay there again if we go back to Dubrovnik.

Superb holiday experience. Communication from owner was excellent from initial enquiry to our return home. Met by Ana on arrival who showed us around the apartment and provided us with information about the area and recommendations for places to visit. Ana was avaible when we required to ask questions and was more than happy to arrange transfers. Ana also offered help to arrange activities and visits. The apartment was of high quality furnishings and fittings. Location was quiet but central within easy reach of the local restaurants, etc. 5 minute walk to sunset beach. Large balcony area has superb views of the bay and beyond perfect for sitting watching the sun going down. Spacious rooms with comfortable large beds with plenty of storage space. The open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area is spacious and finished to a high quality and stylish finish. Very secure building with we use entry system and good lift access. Would love to return to this accommodation and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the lapad area. 35min walk from the Old Town and 15mins to Babin Kuk
