Everything! It was luxurious. We loved the thick robes, the slippers, and the comfy beds.

위치가 좋고 편안한 침대ㆍ
도착한 당일 룸바에 있는 컵과 집게를 이용하여 음료와 음식을 먹었습니다. 그런데 다음날 외출하고 들어오니 룸 클리닝이 되어있는 상황에 컵과 집게를 마치 그대로 설거지 되어있는 것처럼 정리해 놓으셨더군요. 정말 어이가 없어서 저희가 직접 일일히 설거지 해두었습니다.(이 사실을 모른상태로 다음 고객이 다시 쓰셨겠지요)
그리고 화장실에서 머리끈이 떨어져 주우려는데 세면기 바닥쪽 구석에서 누군가 쓴 수건이 그대로 방치되어 있더군요.
저희것도 아니고 조금 오래된 상태같았습니댜
라까사의 모든 청소하시는 직원들이 이러시는건지 저희가 하필 그런방을 골랐는지 모르겠지만..정말 기본이 지켜지지 않은 청소문제는 필히 개선되어야 할 것입니다.

部屋が広く清潔でした。ロビーの芸術作品展示が良かったです。朝食（韓国スタイル）もおいしかったです。
部屋の設定温度を18度にしても25度以下にならず暑かったので窓を開けて温度調整しました。

It was a pretty decent hotel with the mall and IKEA located within walking distance. There were variety of food stalls nearby which was very easily accessible. The entire area had pretty cherry blossoms everywhere.
However, the location was far to travel from the Train station. The toilet was quite run down and not clean. There was no air con and we were told to open the window for air. There were kids in the room, so I felt like it was not safe. The room was not spacious, and it was quite disappointing as it seemed bigger in pictures. Moreover,

Nicely designed, very clean and well maintained hotel. Good size room with a view on the hill. Several restaurants in the neighborhood with a big Lotte Outlet, IKEA and AK Plaza in walking distance.
Subway access to this location is not very handy as you need to switch to a transfer train on line 1 which only comes once per hour. KTX is available however but has limited destinations.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It's near IKEA, Costco, Lotte Outlet and Gwangmyeong KTX station which I wanted to visit while I was staying. The bed in my room was comfortable enough and the cleanness of the room was great. The staff was nice. And other facilities like gym was okay to use.
A hair dryer in my room was a bit irritated to use because it has bumpy textures on the switch button to turn it on. So I wasn't able to grab it for more than 2-3 mins not to make my thumb tired and painful. Other than that, everything was great in general.

The staff were kind. The twin room had a powder room with sink outside of the bathroom which was convenient. The lobby on the 7th floor was decorated with beautiful Christmas trees. The location was good because it is walking distance to the KTX station.

it’s location is a little out of the way for Seoul and the area is not really on the subway. but it is very handy for IKEA.

Room on 15th floor was with a nice view over the city.
Clean and spacious room with fridge, teapot, water, tea.
Comfortable beds and very quite.
Asked the staff if they have washing/ironing room and the reply was that u can leave clother in loundry bag and it will be cleaned.
But on the 8th floor there is room with coin washing mashines and iron, price 3000krw which is a lot times cheaper then loundry service. Just not nice that staff even not offer this option.

Really nice place to stay. Staff super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, comfy, with all needed amenities. The hotel is a stone throw away from Ikea, Lotte Mall, Costco, eateries and even a bank!

Tbh this is the most satisfying hotel during my stay in Kr. The interior design of the room is very nice and cozy, maybe since it's close to IKEA? Haha.. The room itself is spacious. The staffs are kind and english-fluent.
I am not saying it's the best hotel, but considering the price, it's definitely a great deal!
