The property was old and in a state of disrepair. There was a leak and water soaked carpets in the hallways. There is mold throughout the building. There was no hot water and the bedding was old and stained. The staff all seemed to make up policies at whim. One created an imaginary fee and then made bizarre false accusations. Calling this place a boutique is ridiculous. It is one of the worst places in Colombo.

Good location

They told me they dont have any shampoos untill i showed them room facilities @booking.com. Wifi was less than 1mb at lobby, much worse in the room. Almost no sockets, No chairs. Broken bed. The hotel keeper told me like they would move to another place soon. The place like that should cost less. Not worth the money. P.S. Tried to play tricks with payment (asked me to pay more than i had to).

There is no tea makers and bath kits ( like soap shamboo) in the room. The kettle and the table are full of dust. There is a tissue holder but no tissues. No room service facility. In the bed cover There was a some insect pee I think lizard. And Ant was running over there. My check in time was 4am. I additionally paid 3000 for that . But they didn't prepared my room. I already booked the room through booking.com. but its look like I just booked the room on check in time. I extremely disappointed when enter into the room. They already given another room that bathroom water didn't drain well. And there was a lizard pee on the white bed cover.That's why I ask for another room.

The room is okay for the money , the staff is good.

The lock (chain) was broken, and at about 4 am someone opened one broken lock. I woke up and closed the door. But I thought it could be dangerous, that the room door was not securely closed.

staffs are respectful and kind but the building is not properly maintained , bathroom is too bad

Big and comfortable bed

Wifi doesen't work and stuff does not feel responsible for it. They just told me to get private Internet on my phone. I had to work online, but there is no wifi in the rooms. To use wifi one needs to sit in common rooms. But even then the connection is very slow and sometimes completely interrupted. Good thing in common rooms: The AC is working. Unfortunately in guest rooms it does not! I tried two different rooms, but AC does not work properly. Telefone also does not work, so ome cannot call the reception. I told the stuff and their answer was, I would only complain! Rooms are dark and full of mosquitos. Hardly possible to sleep because of mosquitos and heat.
