- Location was an easy walk to the beach and some bars and restaurants - We had nice views from our private room on the top floor

Nothing was too horrible but the property is not loved. - The water machine does not even have a bottle in it and was never usable while we were there. We were told to go buy our own down the street - The shower temperature swung wildly from cold to hot. We brought it up with the staff and they didn’t do anything. - The shower has no soap and no place to hang the shower handle - The listing states that there is daily cleaning but we never got this and weren’t offered - We heard bumping bass music each night and slept with earplugs - Room was difficult to keep cool (poor insulation) - The staff was very shy and did not give us any information like WiFi when we arrived - The common area is actually a restaurant and so doesn’t feel communal

Room was nice enough and had god air con and the staff were good.

It was really loud until the early hours in the morning. The shared bathroom was just one combined toliet and shower. We ended up only staying one out of our three nights due to the noise at night.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. The breakfast at the restaurant was great.

Most of the time the lights in the bathrooms didn't work, with no windows. Also there was not really a hostel vibe where you could connect easily to other travellers. The breakfast was a bit expensive.

there were 2 balconies and a lot of space in the room. close to the beach

music from across the street was very lound until 2am multiple nights. they have no keys! everything is always open ( entrance door + dorm) .only 2 bathrooms and the fan was only working in one. there was a weird and unsocial vibe around the hostel. staff doesn’t understand english and couldn’t help with questions. wifi only worked downstairs in the lobby.

Personal nicht sehr hilfreich, hat sich nicht mal Zeit genommenen, einem das Bad zu zeigen Nur eine Dusche+Klo für 8 Leute Betten haben gequietscht und gewackelt und hatten keine Vorhänge. Weil die Decke so tief ist, konnt man im oberen Bett nicht mal aufrecht sitzen. Die Decke hat nach Essen gerochen. Sehr laut, da vor dem Hostel eine Bar ist, wo bis 1am Musik gespielt wird und Lichter ins Zimmer leuchten. Keine Handtücher. Sehr laute trubelige Mitbewohner, sodass man nur max. 3h am stück schlafen konnte.

Es un lugar muy seguro, estaba en una habitación con más chicas, pero jamás agarraron algo de mis cosas, nadie molesta. El personal que trabaja está siempre atento, todos los días hacen limpieza

Compartir el baño con los hombres.

Hotel is really close to main beach

The beds were very hard and the bathroom was very old (broken shower head etc). Also no elevator.

It’s in a busy street but it’s really quiet at night. Room was big, clean and comfy with big balcony and nice view.

There was a bad smell in the lobby all the time. Water refill was almost everytime empty.

Only good thing is the location , enough restaurants around and especially if you go surfing 5-10min away from Southern part of Kata beach.

Bathroom/shower cleanliness was not great. There are also only two, even in low season you have to wait sometimes. One doesn't have a fan, so a lot of moisture. Toilet paper was always empty. Only one roll replaced every 1 or 2 days and of course they were used up after a few hours. Open trash cans with used sanitary products were also not emptied for at least four days, disgusting. No privacy curtains around the dorm beds and if you stay on top they are a bit squeaky. Lockers only fit a small bag. There are bars on the other side of the road so expect some noise until midnight. No free drinking water, respectively the water dispenser in the common room was not filled uo for 5 days. The description on Booking says that towels are included, but they cost 20 extra and there is also no hairdryer or laundry. Also no key system, everything is open. Mosquitos in rooms.

Good value and location. Close to the beach, food market and restaurants. Very spacious and clean. Specially the room comes with the new bath tub.

Location is great, near a lot of things.

No lift but i guess that's the only gripe i have. And for some reason there wasn't water in my bathroom for a few hours, had to go to reception to get them to turn the water on for me again.

It's close to the beach and has a lot of restaurants around. You can also easily walk to a 7-11 and the night market. You get water for free. There is also a little balcony.

No privacy curtains and a lot of mosquitos in the room. You don't get towels. A bit loud at night until midnight because of the music in front of the hostel.

It's a perfect hostel. You can travel by public transport. can be found from the internet And you can take a bus from Phuket town for only 40 baht (price). Bus from Phuket market to Kata-Karon, you can easily get off at the entrance of the alley. Don't make a long decision, book now.

Few things to improve in the room.

I love the location of this hostel, it's easy to walk to the beach. A big advantage is that they have an on-site restaurant where, as a hostel guest, I received a 10% discount. The room price was reasonable and fair. Highly recommended!

Free upgrade on arrival by friendly staff. Room was huge with an enormous balcony. Fridge in room with free water. Close easy walk to beach, bars, restaurants etc. Decided to stay an extra night - only dorm beds available. Nice clean dorm room with balcony and lockers - we had dorm all to ourselves!! Hot and cold water station for free use. Good surfing near by!

When staying in dorm room people kept coming in and out (although no one else was sleeping in room). A man entered the dorm at 2am to get clothes from balcony - did not like this as 2 women alone in dorm.

Close to beach, friendly staff

Completely unsafe! Was never even given a key on check in as rooms were never locked… literally anyone could walk in off the street and walk straight into the room. Really uncomfortable bed, air conditioning seemed to be working but doesn’t fill the room so it was absolutely boiling, couldn’t sleep at all. Curtains didn’t close properly so outside could see in, so no privacy and street lights very bright. On a street with lots of bars and noise which is fine but good to bear in mind. Only one toilet & one shower for a lot of people, smelt horrific and unfortunately was not very clean. A really unenjoyable stay sadly - needs improving. Safety should be standard.

Location, value for money. Great hostel with very modern sitting area downstairs and upstairs. Dorm rooms were spacious with balcony and clothes drying facility especially after coming from beach Free hot/cold drinking water . Nice staff and the owner is an amazing guy from Turkey who was a former DJ . Loved chatting with him, definitely recommend this.

Nothing really very good for the price.

I really recommend this hostel. Very helpful and nice staff, my room was clean and air conditioner was working well, very good location, close to the beach and night market, big buddha, shopping. Also this hostel is surrounded by restaurants and bars with live music. It’s a very chill hostel which I really liked and I felt so comfortable and safe.
