Beach is great. Cleaning staff are great. Grand deluxe room in bhuri wing is huge for a family of 4. Great choice of pools.

No fans in breakfast room Seacret restaurant. Why!?? It is so humid at 8 am. You need fans. You cannot Order drinks next to the pool without getting up. Order drinks on app??? Use a flag on chair system. Reduced staff.. did not have anyone coming up to serve drinks while we were around the pool. There is no swim up bar in any of the 6 pools. The pool near 7104 needs renovating. Room service extremely variable. Takes a very long time sometimes over 60 minutes. Don’t follow instructions ie asked cut no salad multiple times and got salad. Room service Food is cold. Check in lady in bhuri wing was very very rude. Not welcoming. Hotel map is confusing. Need better sign posts around resort No one was at the shore pool. It was empty and only for the shore residents. Not welcome at the shore pool restaurant. The cove restaurant changed menu from lunch to dinner. Weird. Fisherman wharf menu was too fancy and needs more simple food. Breakfast buffet ; steamed ham was disgusting. Why mashed potatoes at breakfast ? Weird layout. Why have chicken nuggets next to icecream? Need Chinese dumplings or dim sum. Too many plain rice options. I think there were 7 boiled or steamed rice options. Cakes all have nuts and weird fruit. Please offer chocolate and blueberry muffins. Or vanilla muffins. Noodles oily. Please less oil on vegetables. .

Beaches, buffet restaurant, swimming pools are really good!

Just too many mosquitoes in the rooms, compared to the other 5 star hotel we stayed on a different beach. We had to use the mosquito repellent provided by the hotel, which was not a way we liked. Also all the pillow inners were having unpleasant smells (I guess it was sweat from previous guests), not just one, all of them. We had to put our clean t-shirts on top to block the smell.

Right on the beach. Great kids club and kids pool. Good sized room. Very helpful staff. Was busy but not overcrowded. Rooms were well maintained. Beds were okay (too firm for us but not complete bricks)

Services were drastically overpriced. Massages were $50 when it cost $10-15 at the place literally across the street. Same for laundry and other services. Definitely needed a dehumidifier in the rooms. Our swimsuits refused to dry because of how humid it was inside.
