What for a wonderful location and lovely people. No typical tourist location with very individuell and detailed accommodation. Excellent service. A place to rest and recharge batteries but also convenient for business trips.

It is a luxurious resort with very few villas, so we had the place to ourselves most of the time. It has a private quiet beach. The place is very tastefully designed and looks very authentic. The view is beautiful.

I don't know what they put in the pool, but it burns the eyes! Also, they charged me 3% more than what was advertised on Booking since I paid with a credit card.

The villas being traditional Thai. location was very good calm and peaceful.

The security. We were disturbed one night with a family of 6 adults and 3 children sitting on our villas bench outside our bedroom windows. They were having a picnic / evening meal and trying to open the doors and shutters. They came off the beach, I have ask them to leave. Was not happy.

Absolutely stunning! The villas look exactly like in the photos or even better! Its a perfect place to relax, enjoy sunrise, simply chill and runaway from everything! We loved every day there and the staff is so kind and ready to help you with everything! Bed is very confortable, rooms are cleaned perfectly every day! An oasis of relaxation, away from the tourists crowds, in an authentic royal thai style.

To be honest, the sea in front is not really swimmable, but you have the pool right there and its perfect! I need to say here the pool should be cleaned daily. Breakfast is good, but if you stay longer, like we did, gets a bit boring. Some of the villas dont have glass windows, but wood, so its quite dark inside when they are closed. Also, we had a scooter, without i dont see how could have been to the beaches and explore. I found it very necessary. Last, it is marked as a 5 star hotel, but dont expect the same. I found it a bit pricey in the end.

Fantastic place in traditional Thai style. Really nice pool in quiet area just beside the beach. Very good breakfast served personally. Hotel helpt with transfer from airport and later also with boat and transfer to ferry to Phi Phi. A really quiet and beautiful place with only 8 villas. Really top class. Book it!

The room was quirky and interesting, very much as shown in photographs. The pool area was very nice with fantastic views over the ocean and steps to the beach. There are plenty of loungers, deck chairs and sofas in the shade or sun. It was definitely worth what we paid for it, but that was half the advertised rate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

My advice would be do not arrive on a Monday which seems to be the staffs day off. When we arrived the hotel was shut up tight. Coming across a big closed door with with no sign it was the way in, we rang the bell several times before it was answered. There was only one member of staff who although pleasant, did not expect us and did not know how to check us in. The restaurant and bar were closed and there was no service. We did not see any staff in fact until the following morning, but fortunately had the foresight to ask for a key to the main gate otherwise we could have been trapped in for the night. The next morning more staff were in evidence. They were very willing and pleasant but evidently untrained and unsupervised, apart from a distant manager who had to be phoned at every stage. Breakfast was fine if unremarkable and staff not being able to find the tea was irritating. Overall, it is a lovely setting, but falls short of a 5 star experience. And can we please stop using covid as the excuse for everything? We have an apartment on the island and know what to expect in that context.

This is a quaint and unusual property - the villas built in traditional Thai style by Ayutthaya craftsmen it’s a little like being a guest in someone’s home. The owner lives on site and is super friendly and the setting is superb with the villas literally at the edge of the sea - you will be surrounded by antiques and nature and a perfectly friendly and welcoming ambience - the location is excellent Too being just 10 mins from Rawai Beach. Given the traditional design there are a few small drawbacks - mosquitos being one - they are a curse everywhere but here they have really easy access as their are no screens or mosquito nets. My strategy involved shutting all the many windows and doors and spraying insecticide when we went out for dinner - this ensured a mosquito free night but I still suffered a bit - the only other drawback as the villas are quite dark at night - it’s really like living a little in the past but it’s beautiful and characterful and the pros are definitely in the majority

A beautiful Asian Buddhist decor!! Water view!! Elegant and classic interiors... very clean and very relaxing villas!! I will comeback for more days!!
