De kamer was super, erg comfortabel en de ambiance van het hotel als je de poort door loopt was erg prettig. Daarnaast was het personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je krijgt ook goede aanbevelingen voor restaurants of activiteiten in de buurt van ze. Ontbijt was ook voldoende keus en lekker.

Hotel is located close to town with a short walk to get there. Rooms are sparce but spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on site was a plus.

Although not the property’s fault, bring earplugs if barking dogs throughout the night will keep you up, as there were a few that went for hours on end. The towels provided are ready to be replaced.

The property very clean and bedroom spacious. The host Luis and Gis very nice and professional. Highly recommend Terasu Hotel.

No cuenta con armario o al menos un potro en el que colocar la ropa. En el silencio de la noche se nota mucho la vibración de alguna máquina, aunque no supimos distinguir cuál.

Everything: the location: central but quiet! The food: best food we had in Salento and best breakfast we had in Colombia The facilities: everything is new, and very clean. The hotel looks more outdoorsy and actually more charming than in the pictures, yet the rooms are modern and comfortable. There is a sauna and hot tubs that can booked on demand, also massage services. The staff: best of the best. We have been treated so nicely (and the rest of the guests too) and pampered all along the way. I am sure there are a lot of charming and excellent hotels in Salento, but I have tried this one and I would only repeat. I recommend it to anyone traveling to el Eje Cafetero, it’s an absolute gem with a great value for money!

This property is such a little gem. Nestled away from the busier parts of town but still within walking distance to everything, this place is beautiful. The staff here are so incredibly kind and helpful, can't wait to return back again.

This place was the highlight of our trip to Salento with our two little kids. After a tiring day of hiking, one can use outdoor private hot jacuzzi- So relaxing, the views from our room were amazing. The breakfast included, delicious fruits (mango or pineapple), orange juice, french toast, areppa eggs etc. Special mention to Luis who helped us plan our days and shared so much information about the place and colombia. I would def recommend this place to anyone who is looking to add luxury to their trip without breaking bank. The center is just 2 blocks from this place. the hotel is very close to two very amazing restaurants- Bhumi (fusion food) and Acaime.

the floors in the other building are very creaky even with light walking, When you have kids- they are bound to creak even more. We were worried about the people staying downstairs.

Loved absolutely everything. You breath peace and pure oxygen in this place. The staff was so welcoming, warm, helpful, and friendly. Had I known I would have loved Salento and this place so much, I would have planned by trip differently to stay longer :D

Very beautiful Hotel close to the center of Salento, the rooms are big and new with a beautiful terrace, we were welcomed with a homemade drink, the breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. Wpuld absolutely recommend!

The room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The hotel itself is in a great location, a very short walk from the centre of Salento. The team at Terasu were really welcoming and helpful and helped us organise some great experiences whilst we were there including: hiking the cocora valley, horse riding and a coffee finca tour

The hotel is very beautiful and well-kept. It has 2 spa baths which looked amazing, but we did not try them as we were short on time. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, we arranged airport pick up and some tours through them and they work with a great driver, so we got to visit everything we wanted easily. It's not in the center of the village, but you can reach it in a very short walk, so that is not a problem, but rather good as the hotel grounds are quiet and you can properly rest after a day of hiking. Breakfast is amazing!
