The property is well-located in a quiet neighborhood outside the bustle of the tourist area but close enough to walk to everything within 10 minutes. The QUEEN sized bed was HEAVEN, and hard to find in Colombia. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and a patio with a table and chairs for outside dining. The shower was large and hot. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a patacon restaurant located across the street and we ate there daily. Power is available near the bed for charging electronics. Breakfast was good. It included eggs, toast or arrepa, fruit and cheese, coffee/tea/cocoa/milk, no juice, and you scheduled your delivery time daily.

Internet was super unstable, not good enough to stream videos or participate in a Zoom meeting. There are supposed to be 3 networks on the property and we only ever saw one. (We read that internert instability is a Salento-wide issue, so not sure if this is the property or just a Salento thing). Kitchen electricity did not work and fridge wasn't cold. They do provide you with a stove top and small kettle so we didn't need the electricity in the kitchen. Coffee at breakfast could have been hotter.

Breakfast should be offered erlier than 8:30. Most of the tourist want to go to Cocora as early as possible, so early breakfast is a must.

The balcony and the view were very beautiful. The small kitchen included was great in case you want to stay several days. Very clean and the bed was confortable.

The shower temperature was not working properly. We would recommend to have more options for breakfast, that was the reason we decided not to eat it in the hotel. That would have been a plus

Nice , comfortable cabin style rooms close to town center. Gated property, quite area close to SALENTO city center. Service was great all around, all the employees were very welcoming and helpful.

we stayed in cabin 4, which had a thick uncomfortable smell of floor/wood oil. the pillows did not have covers, which we found uncomfortable, and in general everything was very minimal; don’t expect anything extra.
