The room was very clean. The staff were helpful. There us a small kitchen and fresh coffee in the morning. Great value for money. Nice terrace to drink your morning coffee. Very hot water in the shower. A big supermarket right under the hotel.

This hotel was located right on the square so very handy for transport to the coffee fincas and Cocora Valley. The staff were great and kindly facilitated us checking in early when our bus arrived early in the morning. Would recommend!

I stayed here two nights and it was quite comfortable, cheerful, and clean. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, WiFi worked in the room, and the owner (Luz Dary) was friendly and helpful. Very lucky to have a warm blanket on the bed, as it’s quite chilly in the room. In the morning there was free coffee for the guests. There are many restaurants and shops all around. The Willy jeeps leave for Cocoro Valley just outside, on the main square. The hotel has lovely interior decoration of antique telephones, sewing machines, a camera, and other artifacts, paintings, etc. There’s a fridge which guests can use, as well as a gas burner (which might also be available for guests to cook food). There’s a table with benches next to the kitchen area as well as an outside balcony at the end of the hall with attractive seating. The same family owns the supermarket situated just downstairs from the hotel.

The TV reception wasn’t very good and anyway, all the channels were in Spanish, as is often the case in Colombia. During the day and evening there was some construction noise nearby and many honking horns. I personally felt that for the price, breakfast should have been included. None of the staff spoke English, but I wanted to practice my Spanish in any case.

The location is perfect, right in the square of Salento! rooms were very clean and good shower comfortable beds.. terrace at the back has a nice view of the town.. staff very helpful even with our terrible Spanish!

The rooms are basic but great value for money and very clean! Can be loud in the mornings when church bells are going off but this is just the nature of the location in Salento

It is a simple hotel. Nothing fancy. But clean and well located. There is some noise before midnight however.

There is a lot of noise from a bar downstairs.

The location was great and the rooms were spacious for the price. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

The personnel was super nice, but the manager got testy when we took our young daughters to the room to change. It took ten minutes and they were gone for the night but the manager took issue with that. To be clear, my daughters were staying elsewhere with their grandparents. But even if that had been an issue, no need to be rude. That single interaction will prevent me from staying again or recommending to anyone else.
