Place crawling with cockroaches. Unit incorrectly advertised as part of the complex. Everything referred to the agent who does not even respond. Checked out next morning still awaiting feedback from booking.com as to my refund, also not heard from them either

Mr Mbhele is one of the security guards at Breakers. I have never seen someone who disrespects customers in that manner. She body shamed and yelled at us because he claimed we were making noise. Yet we didn’t even have a radio or any form of music on!

The gardens were neat. The food was nice.

The accomodation was scarcely furnished. Had to phone cleaning services everyday to come and clean. Swimming pool are freezing cold. The waiters were extremely slow, and totally understaffed. The entrance to undercover parking looked as if its a rubbish dump.

Everything was beautiful my kids enjoyed the heated pool

No refill facilities eg no tea coffee or toilet paper refill

We booked for my wife birthday only to have no geyser and my children had a cold bath. Staff members tried to contact Adam but he didn't answer. When he came in the next day at 8am they still delayed us by making us bath in another unit that someone else checked out.

The unit didn’t have any backup power. And they don’t tell you this when booking only when you checkin. Even the emergency lights in the room didn’t work. During an unforeseen and extended power outage and after reporting neither the agent nor the hotel could assist with a backup charger for mobile phones, the kitchen was non functional too which was a main reason why I booked this unit for my 72 year old mum and her disabled brother. The Aircon in lounge was broken and only fixed the day of departure (1 week stay). Poor hospitality from the agent who does not reply to you, had to get booking.com to intervene and was only given a small compensation from booking.com and nothing from the unit owner. The pool water was salty I would not be making use of this resort again as there are other better equipped resorts for the same price in the same area.

Filthy passages. Cockroaches galore. Dirty bathroom. Dirty floors

I really liked the resort as a whole. It was beautiful. The spa was very nice with friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was also good.

The room was satisfactory. A bit stuffy and not really value for what we paid.

Location very good. Facilities also very good. Nice and clean. I would be great for family as it has good relaxing facilities. The staff was very friendly.

The aircon in the unit was making bit of a noise after while and it was a central one for the whole unit. So switching it off affected everyone. Otherwise it also has fan but not that effective

Breakers is a great resort.

It was a privatly owned unit room 127 not timeshare standard.. missing equipment in kitchen...filthy behind couches..old broken dirty loungers outside...

The location was great

I hated the fact that the apartment was false advertised on booking.com. I expected an apartment with a sea view but I was put on the ground floor. The passage was wet on arrival, like wow. The apartment needs a little bit of fixing, we had issues with the toilet seat and bathroom door, the dining table needs a little bit of loving, its white but very dirty if the owner can just repaint it or have it replaced. I'm really disappointed

I liked the resort.

The apartment was tiny, it didnt look like any of the pics on the Booking .com site. The was no coffee table, the couches were ugly, the tv was old and the reception was bad. There were car mats in the passage to stop water dripping from the top floor. A terrible room, not worth it at all.

I always stay there because of its location and facilities.

If you have asthma or chest issues please dont stay in 510. The rising damp makes it very musty and thick in the flat. Hard to breathe. The couches are very uncomfortable and lumpy and the main bedroom bed is completely lopsided and broken. The rails are eroded and the curtains dont even close fully to block the morning sunlight. Its a very unkept flat and for prime property as such it really needs to step up. For those prices we can pay at the 5star hotels up the road and get much better. Yes i am a tad bit disappointed definitely. Not moneys worth

Location

Our check in was at 18h00 however we found the floor was completely wet. The room was stuffy and one cold feel spider web. We then opened the doors and window to try dry the floor but by 22h00 the floor was worse. Please address the water issue on the lobby.

There is a lot of facilities available on site and that you are very close to the beach.

Location The unit provided everything you need for self catering (fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine etc).

Unit had ants in the kitchen. People staying on top were playing loud music and very noisy till around 11pm. Furniture and fittings were old only things which looked new were the stove and washing machine. Towels had lost their original white colour. Dinner at the restaurant was not good.

The resort is stunning . Fun activities for both adults & kids - Enough to keep you occupied for an entire day. The entire resort is neat & tidy. Food is great! Amazing views , the apartment is spacious and modern

The shower in the unit requires attention. You cannot get the water to the correct temperature, it either gets to hot or too cold - No balance.

The location is fantastic. Newly renovated walkways are beautiful. Has 3 amazing pool's.

The room could not be upgraded to ocean or sea view. Was a garden view room on the 3rd floor.The Windows panels was broken so could not open. Waited patiently for a response from the owner of leasing agent, but did not receive one. Definitely will not be going back.

The pool , the beach , the gym actually everything about the property 😊
