Beautiful hotel. Pool was beautiful too. Clean space.

The room was neat, clean and had all the basics. Can’t complain overall.
The management could be more professional. Sensed some classism because I’m a young good looking lady and I don’t know what they have against that. They seemed more supportive to the white lawyer whom I arrived to the desk with over me. The staff is publicly vulgar and express their discontentment on the job out loud making us feel somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, these guys need to learn proper conduct otherwise they will continue to chase clients away and decrease the hotel standard.

Great location with amazing views. Kids loved the pool and beach. Caters for halal dietary requirements. Very helpful staff. Free parking. Security.

Great place to stay for one night close to all amenities. Room was very clean and well appointed. The girl at the reception was super helpful and the staff very helpful with luggage, parking etc.
I had a problem between booking.com and the hotel re payments. My payment was approved and then declined twice although I used the card at the hotel with no problem.
It seems that it is very fashionable for the cars to be constantly backfiring and this went onto the early morning. Nothing that the hotel can do about it but very annoying when you have an early flight to catch.

Property was great, the interaction with staff was exceptional! From the reception assisting us with checking in, to the host (Sphe) making our dining experience in the hotel remarkable, ensuring that we had a memorable experience. Perfect location, close to the beach and shopping mall.. Recommendable! Thank you.

There is no mirror in the room, it’s only placed in. Bath room

The room was big and spacious with a comfortable couch and great TV. The room also had a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. Great view of the pool and ocean.
We needed clearer instructions on how to use the washing machine. Our balcony was also very small.

And the fact that you can book for just one nights accommodation.

Fantastic service wonderful staff and everything is quite exceptional. We travel often and world wide this is a first class establishment
The key system was a bit of a problem as we went to 10th floor and had no access and the different elevators were not explained but was all sorted promptly by amazing staff
