La posizione dell'appartamento comoda ma comunque tranquilla e la gentilezza dei proprietari. E la completezza delle dotazioni: come a casa!!

Nulla tutto perfetto

L'appartement est très agréable pour 2 personnes, très propre, très bien équipé. Il est suffisamment proche du centre pour y aller à pied, mais également à quelques minutes du métro et d'arrêts de bus, ce qui permet des déplacements très faciles sans avoir besoin de louer une voiture. Les petites attentions à l'arrivée (bouteilles d'eau, fromage local, alcool à déguster) sont également très appréciées.

L'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne, on entend très fort les bruits de chasse d'eau des voisins. C'est surtout dérangeant pendant la nuit. De même, lorsqu'il pleut, il y a un écoulement au goutte à goutte quelque part, qui résonne sur la terrasse, et impose de fermer la fenêtre, alors que c'est la seule aération possible de l'appartement pendant la nuit.

María Amelia , encantadora. Tanto antes como durante nuestra estancia, nos ayudó con las consultas planteadas. La limpieza excepcional , y nos dejo detalles que facilitaron nuestra estancia. Situado cerca del metro (aprox 5 minutos ) y a 15 minutos andando del centro histórico.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. It really has all you need, there was everything we needed for cooking, even some tupperware boxes, shampoo for kids which we really appreciated with our 3 year old daughter. The location is great in a small street, few minutes walk from small supermarkets and metro and you can easily walk to the centre of Lisbon. Maria waited for us yo check in around 23:30. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Nothing, everything perfect

It was a quiet neighborhood. After a long day of walking around the busy area of Lisbon, it was always good to get home at a quiet place. The welcome wine, cheese and crackers was a good touch made us feel special. Coffee was provided too. 700 meters away from the MRT

Very nice and clean little apartment. Towels, soap and body lotion available. Possibility to use the washing machine if needed. Kitchen with capsule express machine (capsules available for morning coffee each day). Kitchen well equipped with the necessary accessories for food preparation + microwave and fruit squeezer. The flat is located on a quiet street. Close to metro and bus stops. 5 minutes from the flat a street with many local restaurants. Oh, and I forgot to tell about a very nice welcome gift from the owner (PORTO and chocolatte). I can recommend the flat wholeheartedly.

Just when we were staying they were renovating the roof, so for 3 days we had some noise in the morning and dust and bits of debris on the veranda. But this does not affect the rating.

Ottima esperienza a casa di Amelia! Comunicazione tempestiva e flessibilità nell’orario di check in in base alle nostre necessità, Amelia è stata molto gentile nel tenerci le valigie il giorno del check out in attesa del nostro volo. Casa piccola ma graziosa,adeguata ad una famiglia con due bambini piccoli. Buona posizione, a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro e a 15 minuti dal centro. Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Estremamente gentili nel prenotarci il taxi per andare in aeroporto. Super consigliato!

Cosy apartment, equipped with everything you may need during a few days stay. Shops and restaurants nearby, as well as bus and metro. Friendly and helpful owners. Very clean and arranged thoughtfully e.g. space for suitcase in the bed or small storage for the washing machine. Welcoming gift was also a nice thing.
