Luxury Villa, private swimming pool only 300 meters to the center of town
Im Wohngebiet von Alvôr gelegen, erstreckt sich dieses entzückende neue Haus über zwei Etagen.
Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, in der Suite ein sehr großes Wohn- / Esszimmer mit Terrassentüren mit Blick auf die Terrasse und den Pool.
Die voll ausgestattete Küche führt in einen überdachten Terrassenbereich mit einem eingebauten Grill um die Ecke.
Der Pool hat einen flachen Bereich für Kinder. Die Poolmöbel und die Essgelegenheiten im Freien auf der überdachten Terrasse sind aus Teakholz und die Ausstattung im ganzen Haus ist von sehr guter Qualität.
Auf den Etagen befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Badezimmer und ein weiteres Zweibettzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Beide Schlafzimmer haben eine kleine Veranda mit seitlichem Meerblick.
Für die Autos der Gäste steht ein Carport zur Verfügung.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa it is close to the village via a short hill. The check in and out was easy and without a hitch. The pool area is well maintained.The pool beds are sturdy and comfortable the one suggestion that I would make is pool lights for night time. The villa is well equipped with kitchen utensils pots pans etc The villa would benefit with some small improvements. I know it’s self catering but a small welcome/supply pack would be very welcome to all visitors .This was our first villa holiday we enjoyed it so much but There were no cleaning products although when I asked for a lend of a vacuum cleaner it came very quickly. The toilet seat in main bedroom is all cracked underneath the seat I did not expect this, it made the villa less appealing. There was some mold around the bath and showers this could be easily fixed and make it more appealing . This villa could be so special if it had small improvements. The lady who owns it is friendly and gave my grandson a few inflatables to play with in the pool.which we greatly appreciated. The owner lives near by and is very responsive to guests.

Location good but the pool area was filthy on arrival and the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned at all. Floors all dirty and had not been mopped. Most of the furniture etc needs updating. Good access to Alvor on foot and supermarket close by. Plenty of outside space.

Our stay at the villa was lovely and we will definitely come back again, if possible. The beautiful villa lies in a quiet neighbourhood in Alvor and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the next big supermarket, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our holiday with the big pool, nice barbecues and lovely days at the beach of Alvor. Thank you for everything, dear Lena! Best wishes from all of us!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa is located right in the heart of Alvor and so is convenient to all amenities. The pool itself and the pool accessories are of the highest standard. We loved our stay and would not hesitate in recommending the property. Lena is a lovely lady and so very helpful....we loved our chats with her!

We’ve just had the most amazing stay at the villa. Everything was perfect and Maria Helena was kind enough to stay up when we didn’t arrive until midnight due to a cancelled flight. Beautiful villa in a great location near to shops, beach, restaurants etc. The villa was spotless, with lots of room for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. The outside area was magnificent with great sized pool for all to enjoy and lovely seating areas, BBQ and sun loungers. Maria Helena was an excellent host and we will be returning.

We stayed a week with family of six in this luxurious villa. Beautiful bedrooms, each one decorated individually, big terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen plus outside barbecue - and all of that in short walking distance to the village of Alvor. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this wonderful place!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in this amazing villa. Lena the owner has been super helpful, right from the initial enquiry, to booking our taxi from the airport, to hosting us at her lovely villa. The villa itself is a true home from home, we were a party of 6 adults and 1 child and the facilities were perfect, we all had our own bathrooms, which made our time there much more comfortable. The bedroom, kitchen, dining room, pool and bbq were all perfect, we had everything we needed! There is a massive supermarket in walking distance which meant we didn’t need a car. The town of alvor is also a few minutes walk away, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach is also in walking distance which was fantastic. Thanks Lena for a wonderful stay, we hope to return as soon as we can!

We fell in love with this lovely villa when viewing it last year. It is spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy for friends/family. The owner is so lovely, warm and helpful. To improve any future stay we feel this villa could do with a little make-over and update by way of furnishings, crockery, glassware etc otherwise a beautiful villa. Thank you.

The Villa could not be in a better location, a few minutes walk to the town centre and a few minutes from the supermarket.
It is a very nice size and has everything you need. Lena was a great host and very accommodating, one call and she was round going above and beyond.

We had a great family stay at this villa with our two young children. Lena is a great host and met us on arrival to show us around and made us feel very welcome. The villa is excellent with a fantastic swimming pool and shallow kids pool surrounded by a large terrace and outside seating. There is also a cupboard full of buckets, spades and pool toys which our children loved. The villa is in a great quiet friendly location but only a sort walk into town and onto the beach.
We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to stay there again.
