Location is ok, not far from Ubahn. Some shops around. Interior good. Quiet district.
The lobby of apartment is very small, in addition there is locked cupboard for stuff only located there. Cupboard use much space, but not for guests. However there is enough space for that cupboard in the bathroom above the washing machine. Furthermore some lamps are not working. Sewerage system was stacked in the shower. I booked the apartment for the 2 adults and 3 children. But host prepared only 3 pcs of bed linen. WIFI was missing. TV has no channels at all. 24/7 hotline ladies told me at 3pm that it is too late for technicians to come, so nobody came. I called 3 times and each time I heard the same speech, and during my stay nobody came. This advertised 24/7 support absolutely useless. It was promised to refund me each day without WIFI, but nothing was refunded. I was promised to call back, but nobody called. As I understand from my experience this apartment is not for family stay.

Kitchen well equipped
Nice bathroom
Comfortable bed
Windows that can't be open or close :'( (we had to live with a window open during our stay)
Only two glasses for many many plats

Cleanliness
The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable, it's bent in the middle.

Although it was a code to unlock the doors, I had to call the property to activate the codes after finishing the check in procedure in their website. Luckily I had it done 3 hours before arriving to the location. Once we have the code then there is no trouble in opening.
The access codes should have been given instantly after booking without having to call them.

The location was convenient for me, with a bus stop just out front.
I met some very nice neighbours.
The bed was very comfortable.
I had a lot of difficulty using the keypad with the instructions from the website. It took almost an hour to get into the building, and only after a tenant in the building came along and let me in. She told me that there is often this problem with people having trouble gaining entry to the building and the suite because of faulty keypads. This is unacceptable.
I found that for the large amount of money that I spent on renting this apartment, it was not good value. There was a layer of dust on many surfaces and the floors could have used sweeping. There was a long hair one one of the pillows on the bed. Some of the walls could use repainting due to excessive scuff marks.
As I was staying for four nights, I wished to hang up some of my clothes, but there were no hangers in the closet, and none were ever brought over, as promised by a LimeHomes representative on the phone.
There is poor design in the bathroom due to a too-wide glass shower wall that causes the bathroom user to have squeeze sideways in order to reach the toilet and sink. This is especially dangerous at night in low light, as a collision is liable to occur.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this property and it’s unfortunate because the location is fantastic and the neighbourhood is quiet.

The apartment was very spacious and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was amazing - very large , modern and the shower was lovely. The apartment had a washing machine and small dishwasher which was very handy. There were a few tea bags and sugar packets offered. Although the apartment looks far away from the centre of Berlin on the map, in actual fact it is very well connected. We took one direct bus from the main train station and the bus stops is right outside the apartment. The apartment is in a residential quiet area and there is a supermarket close by within walking distance and also plenty of shops and supermarkets along the bus route. There are also some metro stations along the bus route. The hosts replied very quickly.
The biggest let down of the apartment is the cleansiness. There is a cleaning company but unfortunately, we feel that their work is inadequate. As there is a dishwasher, we think that they do not even bother to check if the cooking equipment is adequately clean. For example, we found old food stuck in the saucepan. In addition, there was also no washing up liquid. There were also sticky stains close to the curtains on the floor so it seems like the floor has never been cleaned. Although, there were salt and pepper shakers and a small bottle for olive oil they were completely empty so it just seems pointless. Overall, we found the beds uncomfortable. The mattress was very soft and we had a dip in the middle where we fell in and struggled to turnover. The check-in process was extremely confusing. Although we were told our apartment number, we also received instructions how to access the main corridor for one of the other apartments which made it very confusing as we thought that code was for our apartment and it was unclear why it was not working. Eventually, we worked out we had to click a button to the next step and receive the code for our door. The WiFi code was also on a random wooden plaque hidden behind a lamp between the windows which was very difficult to find and we had to message the company.

nice and cozy apartment, in nice place, near park and lake, near bus stop, so easy to travel around the city.
please mind, the the apartment windows are looking right to the street, so either you so sleep with closed windows, or have ear plugs.

A spacious studio with a kitchen and a great shower. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of natural light. The apartment was relatively easy to reach from the city centre using the U-bahn +/- the bus. The check-in was automatic using a code, so we never met the hosts. The apartment is a great deal for the price, but the reason for this is the suburb.
The apartment is located in Wedding, which was a nice area during the day, but dodgy at night. We arrived at 11:00 pm and there appeared to be multiple drug addicts wandering around the bus station. On the second night, a man stood outside our apartment at midnight, loudly singing something in a drunken or drug-addled manner. I'd say it's fine if you don't go out at night... It also turned out that the top window was locked in the 'open' position, which meant that the apartment was very noisy, what with strange people yelling and singing outside, and the road traffic. Third, check-in was more confusing than necessary. It wasn't completely clear which code was needed to open the front door and which opened the actual apartment, nor which apartment we had, which was pretty frustrating when you're exhausted and checking in late.
