Towels had stains. Noisy (lack of insulation). Not allowed to use elevator but people living in the same building were? Extremely worn out hallway carpet, why not present yourself slightly better?

Breakfast was not ready at the agreed time. There was no lightning in the breakfast area and the lady from the desk did not know how to turn it on. The coffee machine in the morning requires coins from the reception, and you are provided just a couple, and you need to ask for them all the time. The staff is poorly trained, have no idea how to run a hotel in middle of Berlin and how to speak to customers

The location was great. The hotel has a lot. Of potential but the owner does not care to have a mediocre hotel. I was not expecting much but other establishments of a similar range can give you more bang for the buck.

Eerything was dissapointing. The worst was the room smelled of suige. Something was wrong in the bathroom so the whole room smelled of suige. When we arrived we wondered why the room was sprayed with chlorine - after a few hours we realized why! The walls hadholes after pictures that wasnot there anymore, the room had not been renovated foor too many years with very dirty walls and the ckeaning job wad not well done! The madrasses were hard, the pillows and linens in a very poor quality. I travel a lot - did not expect 4 stars for the price I paid - but what I got was way below standards!!!

room was very hot and reeked of cigarette smoke. Uber tiny bathroom that had a lot of build up on the door. Maid was knocking on the door at 9 am even though check out was not until 11 and we had the sign out

nothing. nobody available during the day. they didn’t sistemate the bed, only after my call . furniture horrible old and very dusty. absolutely not clean. if you want I would send you pics. never ever again!!!

Great location and the room was very big and clean. The downside was about the elevator not working and having luggage was not fun with climbing the stairs. The reception staff was not friendly nor helpful.

The location is perfect, being a few streets from the S-Bahn station at Savignyplatz. There are unique cafés, restaurants, and shops in almost every other building nearby. I actively avoided Ku-dam because the side streets were much more interesting.

The toilet facilities were very pokey. The room was clean but not sparkling. There is no air con and Berlin is very hot and humid in summer. There were no USB plugs. It's about time they laid a new carpet. There was no one at the desk when I checked out at 10:30. I rang the bell and used the phone, but no one answered. I had to leave my card by the phone.
