Location is ok

The mattress was too hard

The inside of the apartment was well appointed and clean, it was a great spot for a few days and had great connectivity to the train, on site parking and everything we needed.

The second we walked out of our room the halls stunk like smoke, the rooms were cold (we had to ask for more blankets) and the road noise in the master bedroom was really loud, the door to the mini balcony never felt properly sealed compared to the living area where you couldn’t hear the road/train nearly as much.

The location was perfect

The lack of pillow choice and the very noisy neighbors. We also had an issue when returning late in the evening and not been able to get into the building. The keypad wouldn't recognise our room card. We used the garage entry instead.

Upon arrival, we had to call the front desk as the receptionist was not around to hand us our keys. Thankfully, they did not take too long to attend to us. The room was quite spacious and we really appreciate the huge windows with good views of the city. Furthermore, the gym was well equipped and had almost everything we wanted in a gym. Overall, it was a good stay!

Although it is a huge building, there are only two lifts which serve 16 stories. It can get really crowded in the lifts, hence we had to wait for a longer time to be able to take them.

The self-contained unit itself was not disappointing, but perhaps a little tired. The location is great for what we need and parking is beneficial.

Checking in was a little problematic. We had to call a number to have someone attend the reception only after the gentleman in front of me had been patiently waiting for 15 minutes. I believe the caretaker lives onsite and was juggling family dinner time over check-ins.

Nothing, all was perfect

The location was excellent for the Eastern suburbs. The room size was adequate and the facilities were satisfactory. The kitchen was spacious. Wifi was good.

Insufficient parking spaces on premise, had to park on the street nearby. The couch was unusable. Traffic noise from the road was noticeable at night.

Beautiful views and in a good spot

Not air conditioning in the rooms and they were very over heated, rooms needed better cleaning. Not enough chairs in lounge and ensuite was very small.
