Location & most staff helpful. Comfy bed.
The bathroom / shower could do with a good clean. It was mouldy. No one on reception at check in. Husband & I struggle with QR codes so I knocked on the door to get some help and was advised I had done the wrong thing by a fellow who really needed a manicure. Homeless people sleeping outside ramp door became aggressive and abusive to lovely staff member who assisted us when leaving.

The reception is in the second floor bags to heavy ro drag along the stairway during the night..

Very misleading. No parking onsite. Had to park in a public car park and walk a block. Restaurant and bar closed.

The room was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding, as was the food.
The beds were on wheels meaning every time you moved so did the bed. The room was not made up during our stay despite leaving the “Please make up my room” sign on the door all day whilst away. There was also a tray of dishes outside a room that remained there for our entire stay.

Could not be more convenient to Southern Cross station.
The room was quiet and comfortable. The bar and breakfast room were very pleasant. Reception staff were efficient and polite.

The aircon wouldn’t work over night. And the tap to the shower kept falling off.

Very convenient and near Southern Cross station.
Bed too soft and need to carry luggage on stair to level 1 then only can take life to level 2. Difficulty for people to carry luggage.

The location is very good next to Southern Cross Station. Price a lot more CHEAPER than Favour Hotel though for similar location,
NO microwave in hotel room. So I could NOT hear up my soup and rice @ 1:30 am. Bloody India Reception man asked me to go 7eleven to heat up my food and soup @ 1:30am with a lot of Homeless men nearby in Melbourne CBD. In the morning check-out, it was nice Australian lady again help me for my luggage. The other India man was shouting and yelling at mending rude and abrupt.
