Great value wonderfully run hotel in a brilliant location steps from Bourke St Mall and several tram stops. The rooms are comfortable, clean and for the price you can’t beat the location in Melbournes CBD. Nothing comes close. Staff are excellent, 24hr reception, efficient lifts and always quiet.

The room was super quiet. Has a luxury feel in a small space. The bed was super comfortable. Reception staff very helpful. Location is good, in the heart of CBD shopping, dining, and entertainment. Easy traveling by train and tram. Reasonable price for city centre.

I didn't know of the location change so had to walk further from the taxi drop-off. Given a discount voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe but it wasn't open on the weekends! The room is small but it has everything one needs and is quite luxurious. Very tiny allocation of milk for coffee! No Restaurant/Breakfast.

cosy room and the hotel is located right in front of the tram stop and within free tram zone. super convenient and easy to get around. Near popular pickup locations for local tours. Easy access to other touristy places and food.

there is only 1 free water bottle for each person on the first night stay. we stayed four nights and we didnt get any more free drinking water. No power socket beside the bed for ease of charging battery. Room looks dated but overall clean.

Walking distance to the shopping precincts and tramlines to link with the Skybus.

Noisy lift

Nice looking place, what was there was quality. Staff were friendly and the 24hr staff service is great and the staff handling the late hours service were great.

Lack of cooking facilities inside the apartment, i've had better at cheaper places. Only a microwave is pretty poor for the standard of the hotel; would've liked to see more options and a lack of plates or utensils was shocking meaning it was basically impossible to make any food in the apartment. Tv also broke and was unresponsive with the remove in the first few hours.

Card for room entry / lift access had to be reprogrammed - but was no issue as reception is open 24/7

There was no breakfast available however, plenty of cafes open for breakfast nearby.

It was a clean simple room... There was restaurants near by. Carpark Willson affiliated with the hotel so parking fee was cheep for the 2 days ...that was amazing....staff was nice ..
