This is a great apartment in a quiet location but close enough to amenities. There are a few restaurants and supermarket just across the road and the main bars and rstaurants are within walking distance. Owners are great, all communications are good and easy and they live locally so if you did need them. All round a great break

The apartment offers a perfect starting point in the exciting north of the island. It is on the edge of Costa Teguise. Various restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the beaches and the center are not far. Shopping possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Superb apartment in the best complex in Costa Teguise,we have stayed in this complex lots of times over the years, it is very clean and as it is gated very quiet and secure this was our first time staying in this apartment but I don't think we would go anywhere else again

Super property - comfortable and well equipped in a great location which also benefits from a number of excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All added up to a fab holiday!

We stayed here for four week in Nov and from the moment we walked through the door we knew the place would be perfect for us. It’s a very modern, spacious 2 bed appt that was spotlessly clean. The balcony over looks the swimming pool to the left, with the sea in the background and the mountains to the right. Yes there’s a road to the right but no bother and never really noticed the noise. When we arrived the complex had no sunbeds around the pool and when I complained to Gaston about this, although not his fault, within a couple of hours there was 3 brand new sun beds for our personal use which he had bought. The beds were round the pool 2 days later and the new ones are now on the balcony. We used the oven, the washing machine, the fridge freezer and coffee machine all with no issues. There is a supply of towels, beach towels, chairs for the beach, as no sun beds there at moment, tennis and table tennis equipment for use on the court and table provided in the complex. Plenty storage and hangers, hairdryer, aircon and fan in 2nd bedroom and excellent WiFi. Balcony very spacious, room for 3 sun beds and table and chairs, gets the sun all daylong. Pool area nice and clean, pool massive but cold in November, we’ve had colder though and pool bar opened while we there. Nick and Lesley run it, cheap prices and good atmosphere. All in all can’t fault this place, we definitely want to return again.

We were met by Gaston, Gema’s partner. His is a good communicator and showed us around the apartment. We were surprised how quite is was with other guests and noise as we very close to the Crown pub and nearly above Oscars restaurant. We didn’t eat out locally at all, deciding to food shop across the road at the supermarket. The buses were nearly always full going out of town so it’s best to go nearer to the centre to catch them. Would recommend the apartment, great sun filled balcony and lovely hosts. Just need a few more bits the make it five stars which Gaston says he’s going to implement.

A lovely property and very easy booking with Gema... Thank you. Gaston was on hand to introduce the flat to us and could not have been more courteous and helpful. The rooms and terrace are all of a good size, well maintained and very clean and modern. A perfect spot if you want to keep just outside the busy main resort centre, but only a10 to 15 min walk into the centre. Lots of little parks nearby and in the resort which is great for us with young children. The pool is lovely. A great size with an additional childrens pool and play area for young kiddies. The pool bar is friendly with decent food and drink and the resident owners in the complex are very friendly and helpful too. Overall a great property in a good location. We stayed here in October and had a fabulous holiday. Friendly, spotlessly clean and every facility you could require for your holiday. The Coronas complex is superb. The only down side is that there is a bit of noise, very early in the morning from the hotel next door. You will have to close the window (double glazed) if you don't want to be disturbed. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

We were very impressed with the apartment, especially the small details like pool towels, books and games. The pool is very nice and never got too busy. The location is excellent with easy access to the sea front and to local restaurants. We were met at the agreed time and given all the info we needed. The only drawback is that the apartment is very noisy at night as the main bedroom is close to the hotel service area as well as the usual street noise. In spite of this we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the apartment.

The apartment was really nice, decorated and equipped to a high standard. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we did not arrive until midnight, but Gaston was on hand to show us around the apartment which was very much appreciated. The pool is a good size, and there are two other pools for toddlers and children. The pool bar is excellent and not over priced. There's a lovely walk along the coastal path into the main centre. The supermarket is just across there ad, along with a few bars and restaurants. We (two adults and one 7 year old) had a lovely time and cannot speak highly enough of the apartment or the help from Gemma and Gaston. The pool is a bit chilly.... 23 degrees.... So bring your thermal swimming trunks😀

Lovely apartment with views to the front and the pool... great for people watching. Large master bedroom, with electric fan, twin room with skylight, provided a travel cot for our 2 year old. Cleaning equipment, washing up liquid, tea, coffee in the apartment too. Bathroom with bath & shower over.... sofa with tv, Netflix account to log into... balcony with table & chairs and sun beds and umbrella... beach towels provided along with normal towels and tea towel. Great access to the promenade with a lovely walk into the town, surrounded by local shops and restaurants too. Met at the apartment by the owner. Would def recommend and we hope to return soon. Fabulous service

My sisters stayed at this property and loved it!! They could walk everywhere. The apartment is in the middle of the town, close to groceries, shopping, tour buses and sooo beautiful ! The house is newly decorated and very well maintained. They loved it!!

Big complex, good size pool, full size tennis court, table tennis table & pool table. Surrounded by some great convenient restaurants & shops literally across the road. Short walk to the beach. The apartment has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Good sized and well equipped, everything required for a break.

We stayed here for a week towards the end of March '18. The booking process went very smoothly. Gaston met us upon our arrival and explained all that we needed to know about the apartment which is perfectly located for access to the beac,h with numerous bars and restaurants nearby (I would highly recommend Oscars which is located almost directly below the apartment. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Also try The Fisherman across the road). The bus stop for Arrecife and beyond is just a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you'll need for a self catering holiday. We didn't switch the tv on but Gaston advised that there were plenty of stations to choose from. Wifi was excellent. The pool and surrounding area is very well maintained. Due to the time of year, the pool was pretty chilly. I dived in and lasted about 45 seconds! Should we return to Lanzarote, we will definitely stay here. Kevin from West Sussex, England

We loved everything about this stay. Gema was extremely helpful and communicative in advance and Gaston met us at the apartment on the day to show us around. The apartment was exactly as promised and was modern, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The four of us had plenty of space and I really appreciated the full kitchen which allowed me to cook breakfast to eat on the balcony in our PJs. The wifi worked and we appreciated the smart TV as we could sign into our Netflix account for the evening we decided to spend in when we were all a bit worn out. The location was great. It has a lovely sea view and just outside the front gates are a variety of bars and restaurants plus a couple of supermarkets. There is also a gate to the promenade which makes it very pleasant to walk into Costa Teguise town. There is a taxi rank very close to the apartment but the walk was short enough that we happily did it each day, including my 8 year old niece. The complex itself was quiet but it was out of season so that's not surprising. The pool was freezing so that didn't get any use by us. There is a gym right next to it which we didn't use but had I known about it in advance I may have planned to do so. In summary, it's a lovely apartment, furnished well and in a great location. I highly recommend it.

The booking and all communication was very good as was meeting us on arrival.gemma and gaston were lovely to deal with. the water left in fridge and all cleaning products left for us were most welcome. The apartment was as described and more.Everything provided that you would need and very clean.Gaston met us on arrival and explained how everything worked.Complex really good, plenty of sun beds which was a bonus as the sun beds have been removed from the beaches at this time.Pool bar prices excellent. The apartment is in a great location with several bars and restaurants just outside the complex.We ate at No 10 Gastro pub twice,food great and good price.The apartment is about 10/15 minutes walk along the promenade to the centre of Costa Teguise.Would use again and highly recommend this apartment.

From the outset dealing with Gema and Gaston was a pleasure, they answered my questions promptly, I paid a small deposit and paid the balance on arrival. Gaston met us as planned and showed us around the apartment and complex, he left contact details should we have any issues - we didn't. The apartment is on the first floor with around 20 steps leading up to it. Inside was clean and comfortable, the pictures on the site are quite recent and reflect the property well. The kitchen was well equipped and has an electric oven and hob if you like to cook as opposed to going out to eat. The television has a few English language channels but as it is a smart TV you can access Netflicks, you tube etc. (suggest you sign up for a free months Netflicks trial before you leave, then simply enter your password and away you go) There is a large balcony with a table, chairs and 2 sunbeds, we had sun on the balcony from around 2pm until around 7pm. (July) The view over the pool out to sea is better than the picture suggests, to the other side of the balcony is the road, but it is reasonably quiet. The bars nearby have singers each night but the noise is not an issue, they close the doors around 10pm. There are plenty of restaurants if you don't want to take the 15 minute stroll into the central area. The pool itself is very large, with a separate children's pool, plenty of sunbeds available. There was also a lifeguard on duty covering both pools. There is an on-site pool bar (2 euros a pint) which did reasonably priced snacks, and another bar adjoining the complex (The Crown) which is comfortable and popular in the evenings. I would highly recommend this property for it's cleanliness, comfort and location, it was a pleasure dealing with Gema and Gaston and should we return to Costa Teguise I will certainly be looking to stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable and nice, near the ocean. Supermarket, restaurant are near the resort. The apartman is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. We will come back😀😍

Communications with owners was excellent from the outset. They met is at the apartment to give us the key and show us around. The apartment was lovely, with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was lovely and clean and they had thoughtfully left a spare set of towels and also some clean beach towels, which we really appreciated. We had their numbers in case of any problems too, though we didn't have any. A two minute walk brought us to the pool, which was very quiet (in April). We only used the smaller kids section, but the larger one looked nice too. The back gate brought us right onto the promenade, with only a short walk to the first beach (5-10mins), then a further 10 mins to the town centre. Would highly recommend this apartment as really good value for money. The only very minor drawback was the proximity to the back of the hotel next door (singing until late, lots of bottles emptied late at night and early morning bin trucks), but All things considered, I would definitely recommend the apartment and thought it was excellent value for money.
