Not clean (dust, long hear) No good facility condition : TV remote control is out of order, no battery) Staff : No change towel & cleaning for 5 days Location : it takes 3~6 USD to go to the downtown

barebones facilities

alarm rang out in the middle of the night for ~45 minutes, then reception called my room to see if that was my car alarm. i did not arrive by personal car... tv wasn't working at first. really, this property barely passed as a bed and shower.

Really dirty , especially the floor and the toilet , the room is very old , room photos are misleading. My friend can't stand the run down room so we leave immidiately after checking in

this is NOT a proper hotel this is love hotel which is popular for ppl looking for few hours sex hence No wardrobe, no desk, no microwave, dirty bed and unhelpful night auditor. I got cut and needs the bandages which they didn’t have then I asked someone could help me buy them I’ll pay the fees but the night auditor said no one can help. I’m a female and have no transportation plus it was 10pm at night, everything was closed and pharmacy was like 10-15 mins walk away and roads are dark. no tissue either they replaced by bad quality toilet roll. awful

The bath tub is good for a restful night. Bed was soft and cosy. Hot water ok and air con works well. Only 1 night stay so we did not do much.

We wish to have a decent shower area, the room has a shower head above the toilet pan area and next to a vanity, lucky I am a slim person. We have builders working on the hotel signage while we stay. The water from tap sometimes looks yellow. We stayed for 1 night only so that is ok.

Location can accept

- this was the first time I knew a hotel wanted to hold passport of guest while they are foreigners and that was the most important for them in vn to go out. Is this a professional skill or a regulation? If it is a regulation, has the owner learned about hotel business? Wonder how the owner train the staff?? - so noisy.. for me, I could not call it hotel. Not fit with hotel standards Not as photo. Light quite dark.
