Has a table, chairs and a sink. 2 double beds and 2 bedrooms.
It was like going back to the 1940s.
Basically clean.
Good car parking.
Walk to Malls.
Water smelled, bathroom toilet was very small.
Very slow upgrades here.
Poor quality furnishings, but acceptable.
Could have been cheaper but location keeps it high probably.

The staff are accommodating and friendly.
The rooms are large and spacious.
The water is a solar system. Which meant that on a cloudy day it could be cold.

The location is literally the only good aspect of the Jared Suites.
The Jared Suites are filthy and old. Disgustingly filthy. For example, the bathroom stinks; the mattress on the bed is made of vinyl, is badly ripped and made us itch; the tiles on the floor are badly marked and are broken in places; and amazingly, the pillow cases are patched rather than replaced. There was no rubbish bin, the fridge is filthy and no soap or toiletries were provided.

The approximity of location. We are visiting family and friends and the hotel is close enough to where we wanted to go.
The bed mattress is comfortable and the bedsheets are reasonably clean.
We were greeted by a cockroach in our room! The breakfast is poor. A tiny portion of cheap cornbeef, fried egg and rice.
Extra bed is a small foam bed that you put on the floor! For extra 300 pesos a night.

Property was in a good location surrounded by good amenities
The kitchen was poor… No cutlery, plates or anything which should be standard if staying for an extended period. Refrigerator had not been defrosted in sometime and did not close properly due to poor door seals.

The staff brought us breakfast to our door every morning when we asked.
The aircon was good, friendly staff.
Been here before as it's a good budget hotel, better than some others in Digos, not many to choose unfortunately.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable, woke up with a sore back most mornings

What a rip off the booking.com.
We booked for 5 people with free breakfast but we only get 2 breakfast for free. It doesnt specify in my booking that we only have 2 people can have the free breakfast.
Mattresses are dirty, no sofa bed as said in booking. Floor was dirty. Fridge has damaged and leaks. Couch has damaged and exposed cushion.

Was charged P360 for another 2 person. Staff say that they only give free breakfast for 2 person. This was not stated in the booking and I booked for 5 person.
