I was assigned to a room where wifi service is not available. when I asked the front desk staff about it I was told that there was a problem with the net due to a bad weather. I raised the same issue several times and told them the weather has nothing to do with it , I can not find the modem /wifi name given to me. It was only then that they told me that the service may not be available since the modem is located far from the room. They could have assigned a better room to me, the property wa not fully booked that time,

The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. They assisted us from our first day until our last day. The room is very clean, simple, and minimalist style. The location has nearby restaus, night market, and laundry shops.
The wifi is a bit slow as well as the signal. The area is flood-prone especially on rainy days. The rooms are not that soundproof because I can hear the noise and even the footsteps outside. There are also limited sockets inside the room, cannot charge properly unless you have longer cords.

The staff are very accomdating. Perfect location just a walking distance to the roxas market❤️very accessible to transportation. Many restaurants nearby. The bed are very comfortable and thick. For the size of the room is a little bit smaller. The hotel is equipped with elevator.
Room is a little bit smaller for me and i suggest there should be complementary water at least during the first day😊

walls seem to be thin - i can hear everything, even the phone ringing from the first floor (i was at the 2nd floor). if you’re a super light sleeper this might be uncomfortable for you, though it didn’t affect my sleep at all lol

I like the place. It is near the location of my work. The staffs are friendly and courteous. They provided me kettle when i asked for one and a very accommodating. My room is clean and comfortable.
I was hoping that their restaurant will be finished soon. I would like to have breakfast included in my stay.

The daytime front desk was professional and the guards were quite helpful. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was pretty fast whenever I wanted my room made up. Location is ideal.
The front desk at night seemed annoyed every time I approached. The facilities, although clean, didn't seem durable. The power went out in my first room so I was transferred to another, the door handle of which broke shortly after. The fridge would sometimes stop working. Overall, I think I'm lucky those were just minor issues, because I had a feeling it could've been worse.

No restaurant yet. Hearing a noise at night that can be bothersome. Wifi can be improved.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the location is close to the night market for tourists. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a safe deposit box at the desk to lock up documents and valuables.

Bed was comfy and room was clean. The only thing that made me moved to a different hotel was the space it’s a little tight and does not really have enough outlets. Also when I checked out they charge me 500 pesos for a few hair color stains on a towel.
Been to a lot of hotels and it was my first time to get charged for a towel. I think it’s ok to charge guests for little things and probably that’s how they do business , but 500 pesos for a towel? Glad I checked out on my first day!
