The apartment was very well equipped with kitchen utensils and other things, including the wasking machine. The wifi was good.
I was transfered to another room, not the one I booked. But it doesn't matter, this was very good.
My only question remains why I had to pay about 700pesos per day more than was the quoted price by booking. Did booking collect this difference or the property.
And lastly - I was woken up on the last day at 4:15am by the prayer from a nearby mosque. So beware of that.

- Central location close to the shopping center
- Air con, fridge, TV, kitchen was stocked with plates and cutlery and cooking utensils
- It was nice to come back to the apartment after doing full day of activities

The truste of the owner was very accomodating, esp my last minute request, easy to reach
Thank you very much Christine. We had a superb time, didnt have the chance to dip in the pool , will book with you again in the future visits. So handy the location, just 5 mins to SM, which my kids are loving it.
Maybe just add in toiletries next time =)

The bords sweet home in ecolan city little bit far from davao downtown & Airport & the place so clean totally quiet & fully safe by security guards so near to sm mall with only view steps 🚶♀️ & I huge thanks full to Christine for her lovely hosting to us & for sore it's apartment, not condo
The swimming pool closed so early at 9 clocks I hope they can extend at least until 10 clocks & there's no par or coffee outside

The location is a walking distance to the SM mall. Security Guards are well trained. Davao City is a beautiful and very clean place to visit.
Let's starts with the kitchen: Electric stove is not working properly. It takes me over an hour to cook our dinner. Cabinet drawer: when I pull it out, it falls off track. Bath towels: We have to used the same towel for 3 days. To exchange it, each towel will cost us 350 Philippine Peso.

The size of the property was misrepresented. It was advertised as 38 sq m but was much smaller, maybe 23 sq m. It was so over furnished that there was no room to move and I kept knocking my shins and tripping over and getting bruises.

Condos in the Philippines are very small. Aircon setting is difficult to get it right.

Very accessible to SM City Davao, about 2 minutes walk. A value for money accommodation with complete kitchen facilities.

It’s near Sm ecoland and convenient for family.
They have Swimming pool and playground for kids.

The pool lady guard was way too arrogant, you cannot embarass a guest by calling them through your whistle. As of this writing, we are being checked in at Avida tower and to compare, the guards here are way polite and respectful.

Cleanliness, location and security is excellent. We ended up staying for another day and gave us a good rate. Accommodating and friendly owners.

The place is clean and near to SM mall. The host was very nice to my family, she provided a drinking water and extra matress for them. I recommended this place to my cousin.

The whole appointment had everything we needed. WIFI, and Sky cable. Right next door to the mall. Safe and secure.
The complex the apartment is on had trees and shrubs overgrowing over the walkways.

The property is comforting didnt have any problems stayingg. Unit is spacious enough to stay. And the staffs are friendly. And is super near sm 😁
There is nothing that i didnt like about the property

Im happy to the room, what i dont like is facing at the back if something happen emergency like earthquake and fire we cannot go out right away, but the unit is good it feels like my own home
