Our family enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. The cabin was decorated with little holiday touches throughout, including a Christmas tree! The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make all of our meals there. The hosts contacted us in advance to make sure we felt welcome and were quick to respond to our questions. We felt so at home and found the cabin perfect for our family get-together. Can’t think of any way to make it better — they’d thought of everything!

This location offered plenty of room for our family and was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. This will definitely be a place we will visit again.

Upon driving up to the cabin we were greeted with festive Fall decorations. When we entered, we were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home as well as more Fall decorations on the fireplace mantel and food shelf area. Both of the outside back decks were also nicely decorated for the season. It was so festive! The furnishings were very cozy and welcoming. The owners had just replaced the gas grill and had a full tank of propane - this provided us the opportunity to heat our Thanksgiving turkey outside while using the oven for all of the side dishes. The owners had a welcome basket of snacks, full sized shampoo and body wash in each of the three bathrooms. My 2 adult sons, their wives, and children joined us. There were 11 of us in total; there was plenty of room and the layout with the loft worked out perfectly for us. During the planning of our visit the owners responded promptly to my questions via email and again with a follow up phone call. Truly wonderful and kind people...beautiful home and location! Thank you for wonderful Thanksgiving memories!

Perfect for our group. Great place to stay convenient to wedding venue of my daughter. My elderly parents stayed on the main floor with the rest of us finding plenty of space for the weekend together. My sister & brother in law, four young adults ( our grown kids) and 2 grandbabies. Beautiful, quiet setting with lovely porches to appreciate the temporary escape from busy city life.

Thanks for the perfect stay at your serenity cabin. We loved every minute there and lacked for nothing. One of the few large cabins and it held our whole family. Lots to do within twenty minutes. Would recommend this cabin and host very highly!!!!

Great space! We loved the covered back deck where all of us would gather for dinner and coffee in the morning. Easy to get too, close to Callaway Gardens which was good for us! Sleeping arrangements for 12 of us worked out great. The three bathrooms made it easy for everyone! We went through a lot of paper plates because there wasn't a dishwasher but was no big deal! Would definitely go back.

We came to the area for a wedding. There were 2 families of 6 that stayed in the cabin. It was spacious enough with multiple floors and bed and bathrooms on each floor. The view was a very wooded area and we spent a lot of time on the swings and chairs on the back deck. The kitchen was also well equipped. Get supplies on your way in, it is a little bit of a hike back out to a market place or grocery. Definitely would stay here again if we come back to the area.

We will be returning! Our family of 13 (grandparents, children, grandchildren) spent 2 nights at the cabin. We had a great time! The cabin itself was awesome. We ate all our meals in the cabin and spent time each night with a fire outside. The cabin is conveniently located by several hiking trails, Callaway Gardens, and the Wildlife Safari.

One of the best Christmas stays ever. Although we were short on family members, we had a great time with 7 family members. Cabin was warm and cozy and the best part our Marine from Camp Geiger, NC made it and riding through Callaway Gardens Christmas lights! Excellent family cabin!

The Serenity Cabin was just what we needed. Plenty of room for the family. COMFY beds and plenty of them! We highly recommend this beautiful home. The Stubbs were great to work with.

We chose this property for our family's Thanksgiving get together due to the size of the cabin and number of bedrooms...Adding to this was the separation of bedrooms....downstairs has 2 bedrooms which was perfect for our daughter's family with 2 children in one room and the adults in the other...They had a private bath and it was perfect for them...We stayed upstairs and our other son stayed on the main level. Every one had the privacy needed. The cabin is located close to Callaway Gardens which we enjoyed one afternoon and also attended Fantasy in Lights! The kitchen was fully equipped and a small grocery store was nearby for anything you need to prepare meals. Love the two outdoor decks, especially on the one day it rained...Nice to spend that time outside with views of the woods and not nearby neighbors....The fire pit was perfect for sitting around and making smores....We cut down most of our firewood from dead limbs in the woods, though the owner did have wood we could use. We just took a saw with us from home and enjoyed the experience of cutting our wood. If your family is outdoorsy, you will love this cabin and its location. Thanks to Rocky for the hospitality!

This was a great location for CSU graduation and Fantasy in Lights at Callaway Gardens.

The cabin was beautiful, clean, spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The setting was gorgeous. My brother-in-law saw a deer in the yard our first morning. All in all a great place to stay!

Serenity cabin was perfect for our family gathering. What a delight when we arrived to see all the fall decor, both inside and out. The Stubbs make this cabin feel cozy and welcoming as if they were there. So many features of this property that impress. Location is just the right distance to enjoy FDR Park, Warm Springs, Pine Mountain and Callaway.

Eight lady golfers from FL and TN stayed at this awesome place for three nights and four days. It is located close to Pine Mountain and Callaway Gardens. Because it is multi-stories, the main floor only has one King sized bed, so if there are any handicapped people in your group, keep this in mind. Everything you need is located in the house. The decks/porches were our favorites. Great for drinking coffee in the mornings and having a glass of wine at night. Highly recommend this great place!

We have a tradition of traveling to Callaway Garden over the Labor Day Weekend holiday. We’ve stayed at multiple cabins, this has been the best! Great communication with the host , very responsive! Very clean! We loved making memories in this cozy cabin! It may look small from the outside, but once you step through the front door it is huge. We are looking forward to staying again next year 😉

We enjoyed our stay! If you like peace and seclusion, it’s definitely the place to be! The owner, Mr Stubbs was really nice although we had regrettably did some minor damage to the property. He didn’t charge an extra fee.
