There was no hot water for the shower and there was a television in the room but no channels!

Very good value for one night on a business trip, large and clean room + bathroom

If you don´t like the noise of cars, ask for a room at the back

We had a private room with private bathroom. It was awesome. Second floor, breezy when windows opened - didn’t even need to turn on the a/c, the fan was enough. The bad was comfortable, and so where the pillows. The host is a kind and helpful man, who speaks english very well - that was really good for us as our spanish skills are still at the beginning stages of duolingo ;) The hostel is on the mainroad, about 2 km from downtown, and has a large backyard, with a little stream in it. During the day there‘s some noise from the road - but we were out and about all day anyhow; and it’s still a lot quieter than in town. And during the night there is hardly any traffic at all! We slept wonderfully… We didn’t want to pay prime dollars for intown hotel on the beach, and found staying here was a good decision…
