The room advertised balcony. It was more like a basement.No windows in kitchen orbathroom. Narby beach had a drainage waterway.Roof in reception leaking under the small pool.Air conditioner to small for apartmento. No flexibility with guests.

Pocas habitaciones. El lugar muy lindo, y el personal muy atento. Muy simpaticos todos. Llegamos a la 1 de la mañana y estaban esperandonos. Muy lindos jardines

A Pousada era muito bonita, funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Ótima localização e o jardim e maravilhoso!

Acho que o café da manhã pode ser mais cedo. Hoje em dia tendo que estar mais cedo na praia devido a intensidade do sol, poder tomar café mais cedo seria uma ótima opção.

A piscina da pousada que consta nas fotos e descrição de alguns quartos não existe! O quarto q fiquei tinha pouca ventilação e cheiro de mofo, precisei retirar mantas e almofadas de lá para melhorar, um dos travesseiros estava mofado tb!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Buzios. The Pousada is located next to a beach, a 5 minutes walk to town, but in a very quiet street. Staff were lovely and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! They also offered free afternoon cake and tea/coffee. A great place to stay for couples and families.

Nothing, it was perfect

The Pousada was very quiet, perfect to rest. It's a beautiful big house, with a beautiful backyard. Only 2 blocks from the center, walkable distance to everything. Our room was very spacious, had a walking closet and a comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, you can choose from a variety of fruits, eggs, bread, yogurt, some brazilian delights like kish or cake. The reception is very comfortable, lots of books that you can read and the backyard was beautiful, perfect to hang there in peace and it's very calm.

The window didnt have moskito net, so we had to keep the windows close at all moments.

The hotel is very inviting, feels like you’re in somebody’s vacation home in the best way possibile. The pousada is full of greenery and flowers and the outside area is a pleasure to spend time in. We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast is delicious, there is everything you need for breakfast without any exaggeration. They have a table with food laid out but you can also ask the staff for eggs or whatever you may need. The staff is extremely friendly, Divino made us feel welcome as soon as we came in, gave us tips on where to go and what to do, Lu made great conversation and Patrizia was lovely and impeccable with how she cleaned the rooms. Location was super, you’re basically on the Main Street of Buzios, we had a small toddler and did everything by foot.

There are a few areas on the outside that we could see were not as well kept as others. Probably because we went on winter time so people weren’t using the pool or the little court they had. We in fact did not use them so it didn’t make a difference to us.

the location is perfect!

we had some trouble with hot water in our room. the hairdryer wasn’t readily available as promised, the soap bars were minuscule—all minor things

The pousada is very charming, located at the end of Rua das Pedras, breakfast is delicious! We had a great time!

The pousada is set in beautiful grounds with lots of outdoor and indoor furniture. The rooms are very private and well decorated.

The only issue was the shower which had very low power

The Pousada is very well located, just a block and a half of the central "Rua das Pedras, it couldn't be better! The staff is super welcoming and friendly, breakfast was like grandma did for us, yummy!! The house is very peaceful and confortable, amazing price and great cost benefits!!

This Cosy hotel provided us with a great experience in Buzios. The location is great, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. the breakfast, the areas outdoors and the rooms are amazing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Buzios.

unfortunately there was an issue that I’ve comments about it before but didn’t give a lot of attention to it: mold. the rooms, the bed, the towels, the closets…mold everywhere!!! I am quite allergic to mold, so after 4 days at the hotel I was glad it was time to check out because my allergic reaction was getting out of proportion. on top of that, the towels are not properly clean. Therefore, if you are an allergic person, I do not recommend this place - unfortunately.

The staff is great, really helpful people.

The bathroom sink was clogged.

I loved the staff, the pousada was also small and didn’t have too many guests which was nice, breakfast was lovely.

My room didn’t have a table or chair to put my stuff like bag etc so had to put everything on the floor and also didn’t have a bedside lamp so was either no light or a super bright light from the ceiling. Easy to fix, everything else was excellent.

Lovely atmosphere and comfy room. Great common area. The hotel is very close to the center but also at a very calm area away from the hassle.

Water pressure in the bathroom could be more powerful.

The location is a short walk from the beach, you can hear the waves from your room. Staff was wonderful. Like staying in a beautiful home. Would definitely return!

The location.

The hotel charged me for a 4th person simply because he was standing there with us during our check-in. Our 4th friend had his own room at a different pousada; however, the hotel decided to charge my credit card for a 4th person. I reached out to the hotel about the confusion and they said, " we are sorry and we will process your refund" it's been over a month and they did not refund, and now they do not respond to my calls or messages. They are crooks! BEWARE!

Location and facilities, although swimming pool bar was not open and sauna was out of use

Room floor was not cleaned and very sandy, drinks in the mini bar were past their due date

- Central location - Breakfast: food was very good, pity for the bad coffee out of a vending machine. - Pretty house with tasteful decoration.

- Small room and tiny bathroom. - Coffee at breakfast was very bad, not possible to get freshly brewed coffee or Nespresso, only option was a vending machine. - Cancellation policy is very rigid, after two days of heavy rainfall with risk of a flood in town we asked to cancel the third night to go back home and the property denied. -
