The property has a great pool and surrounding garden with a jungle feel. Separate room was private with nice outdoor eating area. Close to beach, restaurants and grocery store.

Unfortunately there is a lot of construction in Bucerias with that comes a lot of construction noise.

Overall our room was very nice and clean. The A/C worked well and the TV was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a coffee maker and mini fridge. The shower water temperature was good. The room was located at ground level and the building is a bungalow style in the center of a large property with lots of vegetation. Quite different from many properties in Bucerias which is/has become a sea of condos. The pool is a nice size. Two very friendly dogs. The location was very good and we preferred it to the area north of the bridge. It is a short 5 to 10 min walk to the beach. A number of restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff (gardener and cleaning lady) were very nice. Our contact person, Hussein, was very good and responded to us quickly.

Some parts of the property are a bit run down, but this did not detract from our enjoyable stay. The temperature of the pool water was quite cool. The bathroom sink only had cold water. While the water pressure in the shower was good it could use a new or different shower head. The parrots were quite loud 1 morning which really didn't bother us but could be annoying to others..

Wonderful Garden and pool - a jungle sanctuary to relax in. Roomy property and all the personal involved very helpful especially Hussein.

Some of the appliances and the CD player a little unreliable.

There were not enough cutlery cooking utensils there were ants all over the counters when the toilet was flushed it would splash up in the bathroom and kitchen sinks wyfi did not work nowhere else on the property eg the pool area i could not get wfI the tv did not work over the weekend and for three days the stove did work so we were unable to cook our food there was no micro wave as back up

Nothing really. A longer stay next time . I have rented many places in Bucerias over 20 plus years and Casa Juanita is a favorite.

no breaky, absolutely beautiful place. It was a little far from the night life, which we enjoy. But LOVED IT!!!

This is a very special one of a kind property. The garden, the pool, the house , the location, the staff , the pets, are perfect for us.

We liked everything about this property. we did discuss with Hussein the parrots deserve a much larger, more interesting, natural enclosure away from the house maybe on the far side of the pool or even better donated to a parrot habitat where they can interact with other birds and people. Also the geese need a much bigger enclosure. We liked the kitchen but it is a bit rustic. It would be nice to have a coffee percolator larger than the two cup press. A small microwave would be handy. We liked having the three happy affectionate dogs around …..but….they bark at night which can be a problem.
