It was right on the beach

Great location. ocean front. employees are friendly and the place is clean.
If they are going to call it a hotel, then they should at least provide tissue paper.
There is coffee machine but they do not provide coffee or cream. There are dishes in the kitchen, not sure how they are washed… no dish soap or a dishwasher. if they want to be a hotel, they could learn by visiting something like Embassy Suites
They should classify this as a condo for rent and not as a hotel. No amenities on the site. To get a bottle of water, you have to walk 10 minutes and cross a busy highway to go to the nearest convenience store.

Location was spectacular!
The bed was very hard. But they put a foamy on and it did help some.
Also, noise from roadway and construction.

The staff was wonderful. The room very clean. The location lovely. The pool clean and warm overlooking the bay.
Coffee in the morning would have been great. (There is a coffee maker in the room tho', I just forgot to bring coffee). haha. Coolers with ice to borrow to have drinks under the palapas would have been wonderful.

The location was beautiful. We really enjoyed the view from top floor. The pool and lounge area was nice and clean. The staff was friendly.
The Air conditioner was terribly underpowered or not working properly. The room was uncomfortably hot and made sleeping not enjoyable. We arrived around 6 and turned it on hoping to cool the room. By 11 when we returned the room was still hot. We requested a fan to help move the air around and that helped.

There were few visitors. The pool and the beach are good!
The construction is very old, it has many cracks in the walls. Also, the air conditioner was so noisy so we were not able to sleep well. The window in the balcony was also not fitting the wall and insects got through.
There is no supervision in the pool, as there were visitors which entered with shoes and clothes, the same they use for going outside 😑, not accurate for pool, this is not hygienic.

Great location with nice accommodations and wonderful ocean view. Staff was very helpful during our 3 day stay. Nice palapas on the beach.

The hotel was empty due to Covid and a curfew, so they upgraded me to an oceanfront room, which I appreciated. View was stunning. King bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Kitchen was functional, including microwave, toaster, and two-burner gas stove (only one burner worked). Pool was beautiful, although I swam in the ocean. The hotel has two palapas with chairs on the beach.
Two issues: The shower never had hot water, and the TV did not work. I don't know if this reflects some financial difficulties due to the Covid pandemic. So, I took cold showers and read books, which was ok for me, although other guests might react differently.
