The door of the room locked themselves and not very helpful The livel 6 room not enough stuff to use like rice cooker or a pot etc. Very poor place to stay for the price.

The room is great. The host is responsive.

No convenience store at the property, that we still have to go outside. The location is so remote, and we had to wait for a while to get a ride. The internet access is very slow.

What we liked: the location, comfy beds, aircon, fast wifi (though sometimes it get slow).

A lot. Knowing that we were staying for 3 nights, and we were a total of 4 adults (2 were senior) and 1 toddler, they must've anticipated things that we might need during the stay. In the kitchen, number of plates was okay, but we only had 3 spoons, 1 fork, 1 teaspoon, and 1 glass (seriously? for 5 people?). The double electric stove was broken; of the two, only one was working, and the temperature can't even be adjusted! There was a small trash bin, but was only provided one trashbag, no extra at all (really? for 3 nights?). But, the very big thing that triggered us to notice all the downs of this property and the entirety of our stay was the parking space. We spoke to two people. First person was kind and assisted our questions, and very responsive when asked minor inquiries about the property. But the second person (said she was the host or owner, whatever) was very rude. The night we arrived, we called her to ask for parking spot. When she said she couldn't help, who wouldn't get disappointment, right? I was! When asked for any other options she can offer, she dropped the call and never answered our following calls. She was not proactive at all in offering options. We found a parking spot later that night, thanks to the guard on duty in that bldg; he really went up to our unit twice or thrice that night to help us get a parking spot.

We love the room since it can accommodate everyone and it was near the amenities.

I was scared and furious at first because I thought I was scammed by the host, I kept calling the number they provided here but they won't answer and even blocked it. We had to wait 30 mins for another number (the manager I suppose) to answer us so it was kind of frustrating and disappointing.

Everything was great and comfy. The facilities were very clean especially the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay in Sn Remo Oasis. Thank you so much. May God bless you more and more.

The location of San Remo is far. It is so hard for us to book for a ride in going to our destinations.

I wont recommmend this place . Definitely not a good place to stay, small rooms which are very different from the photos posted. no parking space available at all, they even advertised that there is no need for any parking reservation. the host has to look for other vacant parking slots from a different building when we arrived. there are other hotels way cheaper and more decent than this serviced apartment. not worth the penny.
