Rise House Hobart - Outstanding! Luxury family home
Dieses luxuriöse Haus wurde im Oktober 2018 neu fertiggestellt und hebt sich von den anderen ab.
Dieses Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern und 2 Wohnbereichen befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist nur 15 Autominuten von Hobart CBD entfernt. Es eignet sich für die anspruchsvollsten Gäste. Ab dem Moment, in dem Sie Rise House betreten, sind Sie von Qualität umgeben!
Im Mittelpunkt dieses geräumigen Hauses steht eine äußerst stilvolle Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen. Eine 6 Meter lange Steinbank, eine riesige Inselbank mit Platz für zehn Gäste, ein großer Kühl- / Gefrierschrank mit Eis- / Wasserspender, ein ILVE-Ofen mit Induktionskochfeldern, ein Bosch-Geschirrspüler, ein Weinkühlschrank und eine Expobar-Kaffeemaschine.
Angrenzend an die Küche befindet sich ein großer Esstisch aus Stein mit Platz für 10 Personen und ein wunderschönes Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Ledersesseln und großem Smart-TV.
Über die Lounge gelangt man zu einer halb überdachten Terrasse mit Glasgeländer und herrlichem Blick auf den Fluss und den umliegenden Vorort.
Das Rise House bietet vier große Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit eigenem Bad. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen großen Smart-TV, einen Kleiderschrank, eine Heizdecke und Nachttische mit Lampen.
Das zweite Wohnzimmer verfügt über Lederlounges, einen großen Smart-TV mit PlayStation 4, Wii U und einen Cocktail-Spielautomaten mit 60 Spielen.
Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine separate große Dusche, eine Badewanne, einen beheizten Handtuchhalter und einen großen Waschtisch mit Steinplatte und zwei Waschbecken.
Waschecke hat eine Waschmaschine / Trockner und Schrank mit Steinplatte.
Das Haus wird durch ein Kanalwärmepumpensystem für absoluten Komfort beheizt / gekühlt.

This property was perfect for our stay in Tasmania. It was extremely well stocked with everything we needed plus loads of extras. The location was perfect with only a short drive to Hobart and surrounds and close to the airport. The views from the property were beautiful and it had everything we needed to keep our 5 and 8 year olds entertained during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were loads of towels and linen etc. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tassie. Thank you so much Mark and Miriam for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay in Granton at this fantastic home. Everything we could think of and more. Well located and really tastefully appointed, spacious and had everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again. Just awesome!

Thanks Mark & Miriam, we loved your house and had the best time in Hobart. Location was great, not too close to the city, but not too far away either. The house is clean and very spacious - it accommodated our group of friends perfectly. The arcade game was also a hit for the oldies. Would definitely recommend and stay at again myself.

Property was lovely and accomadated 10 adults comfortably. Granton is half an hour away from the CBD in Hobart so factor this in if you want to stay centrally. However the area was well maintained and the rooms and communal areas modern ans comfortable. Recommend this property highly.

We had a wonderful stay here over a hot long weekend! We were kept cool and entertained by all that the house had to offer!

Great property.Easy to find.All amenities for a 5 day stay including wifi access.Excellent rooms clean and plenty of towels.
Only criticsm no welcome goodies we stayed at other properties during our tour of Tasmania and had tastes of Tasmania including a bottle of wine.
Thanks to hosts.They have a beautiful home for family or friends to enjoy.

Excellent accommodation and reasonably priced, which was close to local shopping and restaurants.

Six of us stayed here, plenty of space meant that nobody was tripping over any one else, lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. TVs in every room meant that it was easy to watch the game while the kids watched YouTube. Mark and Miriam were great when we had an issue with the washer. The only criticism I would have is the mattress was a bit harder than I'm used to, but everything else was excellent.

It is a big and amazing house. It is very comfortable and cozy like our home. The house was tidy and organized. We had an amazing view in the morning and my daughter loved the heated beds! Definitely a must go to again when we are visiting Hobart!

We were very pleased with the property, very clean, very well equipped, with all the modern conveniences. Lovely, warm house. Good views. One strange individual in our group was bafflingly very appreciative of the manual coffee machine.

The home is very modern and comfortable .The owners have provided plenty of things to keep the kids amused .Even the adults enjoyed the Pacman game .The layout was well suited for a large family . The location was pretty good with easy access to shopping and the main freeway

Just a perfect dream home for our group of two families where we stayed for 2 nights. Kitchen was massive and had a very well stocked pantry. Games room kept the kids (and adults!) entertained. Very family-friendly layout in a nice quiet location about 20 minutes drive from Hobart. Mark and Miriam were great hosts who responded to any queries promptly.

Beautiful house, well maintained and very spacious. About 20-minute drive away from Hobart CBD. Our flight was much delayed, by the time we arrived Hobart most restaurants were closed. We were therefore pleasantly surprised to find the freezer and cupboard was stocked with items such as mashed potatoes, pie and packet rice. Very considerate, much appreciated .

The owners have thought of everything a family or friendship group could want or need from the well appointed bedrooms to the open shared spaces.
The outside spaces offer a relaxing setting to enjoy a quiet drink or meal while taking in the water views.
We found Miriam and Mark to be very thoughtful and accommodating. Ensuring the lights and heating were on prior to our arrival, as well as dropping off another set of keys when we locked ours in the house accidentally.
They very kindly had food items in the pantry and fridge that we could use if needed and cleaning/bathroom products handy.
We highly recommend this property to future travellers coming to Tasmania.

Amazing house
This is the best property that we've stayed in. It had absolutely everything a family could need, including a cocktail arcade cabinet with some excellent retro games on it. The house was very clean and had a lovely view of the River Derwant. It was 5 min drive to the nearest shops and a 20 minute drive to the Hobart CBD. We'd absolutely stay there again.

A great time in HOBART
We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing house. Plenty of room, love the open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area where all 8 of us could gather comfortably, very clean and it started feeling like home at the end. Thanks for letting us stay, great communication with/by the owners and I definately recommend this property.

Excellent location and well maintained property.
This house was very well maintained and had all modern amenities, including a heated towel rack in the bathrooms. The owners had kept plenty of supplies and spare towels for use (not many do this). The location was convenient and not far from local shops. Will definitely go back again.

Fabulous spacious home
We(six) had 3 nights here before our Three Capes walk. The house is beautifully appointed, very spacious & comfortable. We couldn’t get the hang of the coffee machine (grinds not fine enough). Thoroughly recommend this home for a stay - quiet, 15 min drive to CBD. Close to MONA.

Great Accommodation for a Group
This is a great house for a group of adults and families. It is located in a quiet area with views from the lounge and deck. The house was clean and welcoming on arrival and the kitchen area is fantastic with a large bench and is well equipped.
The hosts were very quick to answer any queries and would definitely stay at the house again.

The house is amazing, huge tv's in every room. Lovely and clean with crisp sheets and towels. Will definitely recommend it again. Only small issue is that the coffee grinder does not work well, grinds very coarsely but that is a minor issue.

This is a great house. It was very clean, modern and easy to stay at. High quality TVs in each bedroom, great furniture, some nice starter snacks in the pantry for us left by the owners. Was a welcome surprise. I wish other houses listed on Stayz were this well done.The owners should be proud of this place.Easily a 5 star review from me. The only thing I wish were different was the coffee machine. It was an expensive, vintage style one with all the nozzles and pressure gauges. Cool coffee machine, but I prefer an easier to use machine. No big deal though. Awesome house overall. We loved our stay there. Thanks.
