The location and view were fantastic! The wall of glass doors to the lanai can disappear, opening the entire living area to the great vista. The condo was comfortable, clean and lovely. The grounds and pools were a tropical delight. The lanai is spacious and a beautiful place to relax. We love Ko’Olina, and this property is within walking distance of almost all the area has to offer!

The kitchen could use a few more amenities to make it better for food prep. (It lacked a cutting board, oven mitts, microwaveable containers, a cookie sheet and scissors.)

Clean and close to the beach

Far less crowded than the nearby resorts. Easy to walk to shops and ABC store. Appreciate having access to full kitchen and washer and dryer.

The parking spaces were for compact cars and got way too many notices about our parking jobs, even though the wheels were on the lines. Also wish there was a few more food items on property. Also, the fridge door would stick, making it very hard to open.

Room was a little dated ..needs painting and furniture was very worn. Carpets were dirty

We wanted to warn parents of small children to rearrange the room with beds away from the window since the window opens to a 5 floor drop (no screen). Once we pushed the beds together, we felt more comfortable but were concerned they was not a safety lock for the window

the location. ko Olina is a beautiful and quiet area. the unit was spacious. the pools and property were well maintained.

It did not have certain extras in the kitchen. example: had a coffee machine but no complimentary coffee offered or filters. carpets and rugs were stained. not sure if completely disinfected prior to my check in.

It’s walking distance to the beach and stores

Did supply paper towels, toilet papers and hand towels
