Great home for a close and convenient Aggie stay for us and our son in Corps of Cadets. He and his friends enjoyed the out door volleyball court, playing ping pong and watching movies.

House was a great place for our family to stay for a couple days. Everything was clean. The host was excellent and always prompt to respond. We would stay here again.

I absolutely loved this house! Perfect for what we needed! Great location, and all the extras this house provides was outstanding for us. Only complaint was I couldn’t get the tv on in the back living area, but it was likely operator error! I will definitely look for availability for this place next time I’m in the area! I wish our travel schedule would have allowed another day! Thank you

House was easy to locate. Close to College and shops

We had a great time. Everything was very put together and the property is very location friendly. Lots of things to do to keep you busy inside of the house. The only thing I would say is the TV is a little bit of a pain to get going other than that everything was great.

Was a great property for gameday and super location.

This is a wonderful spot with a wonderful location. Everything was ready clean and perfect.

We wanted a fun location for a 30th birthday party, and this property delivered! The host was extremely communicative and nice, and the property was well taken care of. The only thing I would note was that the floors really, desperately, needed to be mopped. We had a couple bring their small toddler who still hasn’t quite nailed walking yet, and after 5 minutes crawling on the floor their hands and knees were black from the floor. However, I would still rate this 5/5! Awesome location, lots of things to do on the property itself, and other than the floors it was absolutely spotless and clean!

The house was wonderful and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Linens, towels, furniture are all stained

Stayed here for Graduation/Mother's Day weekend. Just right for our group. Loved the ATM burned into the wood floor! And all the games available for all ages. Would love to stay here again!

Very nice place with plenty of activities. The only downside was the changes in elevation of the interior floors. One of my party members fell when going from the living area to the game room. Overall, great experience.

Fun property for staying with young people.

This house was just okay for our 1 night. CS was a halfway stopping point for our family traveling to the Hill Country for a wedding. I sent a message to the property manager when we were 30 minutes away from the home to get the door code and we still didn’t have the code upon arrival at 9pm. We received the code at 9:22pm. The location is very convenient to A&M and everything you could possibly need. The beds were not comfortable at all and the place could have been cleaner. For example dried toothpaste on the counter and cabinet. Home had a musky smell as well. Grass needed to be mowed… Neighborhood felt safe enough.

The property served us well. The den area is small (appears larger in photos) but game room offers extra space. The back yard volleyball area and porch covered in leaves and fencing has gaps (we brought our dog) Bedrooms, baths, and kitchen are great!!!

Perfect little cottage with lots of fun amenities! Very clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience was the placement of the TV in the family room is a bit awkward (not in front of the sofa), but didn't realize the TV in the game room was centered in front of the sofa so we could all watch a movie together. Would definitely rent this place again. Great place for families with great backyard, location, ping pong, foozeball.

Great place that suited our needs

Plenty of room for two families. Great location close to campus and restaurants! We had a great time playing volleyball and washers in the backyard and winding down with movies at night.

Clean and well stocked with fresh towels.

Pros: Location, size of the house, flow of the layout, backyard, sport equipment was great, nice home. Nice appliances, pretty kitchen. Cons: wifi difficult to access (unable to get in wifi, finally got TVs to get online), 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish towel (this was different than what we have experienced with VRBOs, but may have been normal in CS), shower in master was very slow draining and soap was empty, volleyball court needs more sand, some of the bulbs in the back were out, house needed to be cleaned better. To be fair, we did not contact property manager because we were short of time. Very grateful we were let in 1 hour before normal check-in. Definitely would rent again. Nice house.

Our overall stay was pretty nice. We couldn't get the TV in the gameroom to work and couldn't get a hold of the property manager by phone, text or email. The pictures of the backyard are very deceiving, it's definitely not as nice as the pictures looked. The kids had fun playing the games inside the house.

Comfortable and had a everything we needed and more.

The sofa was not sturdy, and the first person who sat down, the sofa broke. never got an email with the code to get in to the property. So everyone was standing outside for a while until finally got it.

The home was great for our stay. The ping pong table was so much fun and the layout is great. It is located in a great part of town, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We hosted a small engagement party at the property. It was perfect. If the weather had been better, it would have been even better with the outdoor facilities.

We stayed for the weekend to visit our daughter and attend an Aggie football game. My husband and I along with our sons and 2 of their friends stayed at the house. On gameday, we had friends over and it was a blast! It is a perfect setup for entertaining. Sand volleyball and wqshers out back with plenty of seatimg, a fully equipped kitchen and serving area made for the perfect spot to pregame!! Everyone loved it. When it was time, we had a nice walk to the game. It was a mile but we passed through campus and by all the tailgaters so it was enjoyable. This is the perfect house to stay for a visit to Aggieland!!!

Great location and fun activities

We initially looked at the property because it was closest thing that could hold as many people as I thought were evacuating with me, but ended up with 6. We had a great time. The boys played foosball and ping pong most of the time. The dogs were comfortable as the property is pet friendly. I was really impressed with how nice the people if college station and Texas are. From the property owner to the citizens we ran into out and about, the people of Texas impressed me with their hospitality. Thank you so much. Youve touched my heart.

Spacious, clean home with lots of games and things to do for all ages! Had a birthday weekend there with lots of friends and family. The kids as well as adults had fun! The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies and equipment to cook or grill, the rooms are big, the master shower has two heads for a full body rainfall experience. And the back yard is great for entertaining and chilling out. Loved every second here!

We came to College Station for a college visit. We wanted a house so that we would all have room to stretch out and have our own space and this house fit our requirements perfectly!
