Es gibt nichts Schöneres als einen Sitzplatz in der ersten Reihe auf der Promenade und Blick auf den Strand und das Meer dahinter! Schöne Maisonette am Meer mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 3 Vollbädern und 2 1/2 Bädern mit viel Schlafmöglichkeiten für 12 Personen. In der ersten Etage befindet sich eine Garage mit einem Parkplatz für 2 Autos sowie Liegestühle und ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank zur Aufbewahrung von Getränken und Eis. Ebenfalls auf der ersten Ebene befindet sich die Wäscherei, 1/2 Bad, BR # 1 mit 2 Einzelbetten, umschlossener Außenduschbereich und direkter Zugang zum Strand und zur Promenade. Sie können die Wendeltreppe benutzen, um Zugang zur Hauptwohnebene zu erhalten, oder direkt von den geschlossenen Vordertreppen am Eingang des Grundstücks gehen. In der 2. Etage befindet sich der Hauptwohnbereich mit weitem Meerblick. Ein Deck neben dem Wohnzimmer ist der perfekte Ort für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder einen Drink am Nachmittag. Ein elektrischer Kamin zur Abwehr kühler Nächte und ein großer Smart-TV sorgen dafür, dass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Ein großer, gut ausgestatteter Küchen- / Essbereich befindet sich direkt hinter dem Wohnzimmer, in dem sich ein Durchgang befindet, sodass Sie sich nicht vom Rest der Party getrennt fühlen. Die nächste Ebene bietet 3 zusätzliche Schlafzimmer, darunter eine Master Suite am Meer mit privater Terrasse und Kingsize-Bett, 2 Zweibettzimmer und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, das sich ein Bad im Flur teilt. In many ways, this property is lovely—great view, well-stocked. However, the room with two twin beds is unusable because of mildew (eye-watering). The room is on the ground-level with the garage and laundry room. We needed the room and could not use it. It is otherwise beautiful.

Right on the boardwalk and beach, this property made for a perfect vacation. We had 4 adults that all slept comfortably and enjoyed their stay. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfy and plenty of space in the common areas. And it's about 10 steps out the door to the beach and easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. Amazing views from the 2 balconies too! The kitchen could use a few more items and the outdoor shower is a little hard to access (and not really outdoor) but other than that, this place has everything. We already booked it for next year!

My family’s first trip to Rehoboth. Last year we went to Lewes, my family wanted the waves in Rehoboth! I really loved the location of this house-right on the beach and boardwalk. Very convenient to everything. I was worried being on the boardwalk was going to be too noisy but it was just south of all the action-perfect for taking walks. And still close enough to walk to restaurants and get ice cream! House was perfect-lots of room for 8 adults and 4 young kids. The kids loved the loft. One problem the chairs outside master bedroom are rusty and need to be replaced cannot sit on them. Would definitely go back!

We loved everything about this house. It was perfectly located on the boardwalk within walking distance to the shops but not too close to add extra noise. The house was clean, adequately stocked with kitchen items, had updated bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint is with a service call we put in the first day. There was an electrical issue that was intermittent in the loft creating an outage very so often. The rental company said someone would come out but they never did. We made due, but not having follow up makes me concerned for any bigger problems we might have if we rent again. Overall we were very happy with the house. We will definitely be renting again next year.

We were so pleased with the location of this property- enjoyed the boardwalk and beach views every day. All conveniences were included in the rental, so glad we were able to bring our little dog. We would def stay here again.

The house is dated and needs a good cleaning , kitchen organized and many Knick knacks removed.

Wonderful vacation!
The house was very nice with a perfect location on the beach and close to everything. We really appreciated the garage and all the beach chairs. Lots of bedrooms and large kitchen. We loved thd updated master bath.
The basement bedroom linoleum floor definitely needs replacing! The sliding glass door in the living room is very difficult to open and close. Also could use ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Check in and out was a breeze! We had a great time and will be back.

We loved this house!! We were 5 adults and 5 teenage boys (all 14) and the house was so convenient to everything. We were steps from the beach and the boardwalk. The house was the perfect size to accommodate everyone. We loved the outdoor shower area, which was enclosed so we could put our towels, chairs and boogie boards there securely, wash off from the beach and not bring any sand into the house. We’ll be staying again next year for sure!!

My only concern was that this property was advertised as "pet friendly" and we paid an additional fee to bring our dog. In almost every room, there was rat poison traps on the floor which my dog promptly discovered and started to play with. Cleaning crew could have removed for our stay

We had a great time celebrating New Years Eve! The house was very well appointed with outside chairs/cushions and many kitchen accessories too. The house location was perfect that we never had to move the car once parked. It was veey relaxing to watch the ocean, beach and boardwalk from the comfort of this house. I highly recommend this property to others except I would limit the number of adults to 8 for comfortable living room seating when gathering for evening indoor festivities during the winter months.

Since it’s 2020 and my kids have remote learning due to Covid 19 I was a little concerned about whether the WiFi would support four girls on their laptops and phones during their school hours! Thankfully the WiFi was strong enough and they were able to enjoy the weekend without worrying they had missed a day of school. The girls loved spending time on the boardwalk at night. I enjoyed long walks on the beach. I would highly recommend this spot. Plenty of room. Very nice accommodations. Perfect location. I’m hoping we will be back!

We chose this house based on location. It was perfect we were here for a quick 4 day weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. Since it’s 2020 and my kids have remote learning due to Covid 19 I was a little concerned about whether the WiFi would support four girls on their laptops and phones during their school hours! Thankfully the WiFi was strong enough and they were able to enjoy the weekend without worrying they had missed a day of school.
The girls loved spending time on the boardwalk at night. I enjoyed long walks on the beach.
I would highly recommend this spot. Plenty of room. Very nice accommodations. Perfect location. I’m hoping we will be back!

Oceanfront on Boardwalk
Great location, nice house, good layout, parks 4-5 cars, kitchen is very well-stocked (except for Tupperware-type containers. Paper towels, toilet paper supplied. Washer is front loading using HE liquid. There were a few containers there but not sure if that is always the case. AC worked great. 3rd floor has a separate Mitsubishi unit. Somewhat dated/retro bathrooms I.e. pink and yellow but everything was is good condition. Weird address. GPS shows a few blocks from ocean, however, it is on the ocean. Using 1 Hickman Street in the GPS puts you in the correct vicinity.

LOCATION
This property is all about the location. It was perfect. Kids were able to go up the boardwalk any time they wished. We were on and off the beach all day. It was quiet even with the foot traffic. The house absorbed all 12 of us no problem. Everyone found there own spaces. Kitchen was huge and very well equipped. They even provided paper towels and toilet paper. The master suite was updated and gorgeous! Okay...only complaint...furniture was a bit dated and rental linens were not up to the quality of a rental at this price.

Location was super convenient. Close to the boardwalk shops and beach access. It was very easy to go back and forth throughout the day to the beach and house due to the close proximity of the house to beach access. House provided ample amount of beach chairs which was a great addition to the house. A grill was provided but it was a "tailgate" grill so cooking for a family was a challenge - a grill would be a welcome addition.

Great Location
The location on the map is a little off from where the house actually is. The house is right on the boardwalk a block or two away from the arcade- so even better than expected. The house is spacious and fit our group comfortably. I would recommend renting this unit for sure and have no complaints at all.
