A fabulous unit with easy access for my 90 year old mother to enjoy the company of her 6 children, and grandchildren, staying close by. Some she had not seen in over 3 years, having come from WA.

there was no key provided for the patio door from the living room so all access was through the master bedroom including food and bbq materials. There was so much of the owners personal property around that sometimes it was difficult to find somewhere to put our own stuff. Privacy was an issue as there was a public access path in front of the patio and living and bedroom area.

Location was great and the unit was very well appointed and spacious however the lack of security screens on the water side was not good and needs to be addressed.

No air con or fans in bedrooms. The unit does not have security screens (only flimsy insect screens) on the rooms adjacent to the public accessible grassy area so unable to leave doors/windows open at night to allow for fresh air which makes it uncomfortable.

Beautiful view with everything at our fingertips.

We couldn’t get the dryer working which made it difficult to get the towels dry

Super clean, huge in size, absolute comfort. All amenities and view of the water and the marina is amazing and the birds that visit each day are beautiful. Perfect location.
