The house was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. We visit Destin every year to celebrate my parents' anniversary. I wanted to invite my Dad's 2 sisters this time so we decided on a larger house. This house was perfect! There was more than enough room for our family and so close to everything we planned to do. We hope to visit again very soon.

We loved everything about this house. The pool access was right across the street. The house provided everything we needed (games, dominos, cards, beach chairs, wagon) so we didn't have to purchase anything outside of food. The first level had a king bed and a nice bathroom walk-in shower. This is a 3-level house with the washer and dryer located on the 2nd level along with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and a couch on the 2nd level turned into a bed in the sitting area. The third level had 3 bedrooms with one room that had a bunk bed. So there was plenty of sleeping space for all 11 people that stayed. The parking was right in front of the house. The atmosphere was awesome and friendly. I would definitely stay again. I give this a 5 Star!!!!

Outstanding location, property and weather. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and privacy. Ising the shuttle to the beach was perfect. House was great, we had lots of fun and made great memories.

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean and very roomy! Two families stayed, family of 5 and 6 and we all fit nicely. Community pool was great and close to the house. Beach access was 3 blocks away, but we still used the shuttle with temps so high. Property has beach chairs and wagon, but no toys. So bring your own toys if you have little ones. Kitchen was a bit small, but fully equipped. Everything was comfortable and operable! Great stay!

Overall the house was very nice, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice as well. We did have some issues including: - email instructions states beach shuttle/tram runs every 15 mins to/from the pool… this is not correct- there is a phone number you must call and they will pick you up from your address- they run 10-4:30 with lunch 12-1… I highly recommend you update this information in your welcome email. - Beach access is NOT Beracuda - yes there is a walkway there but I do NOT recommend anyone use it as you will be immediately chased down by the umbrella/chair guys who will treat you as peasants and inform you this is private beach access and your area is down 200+ yards at Pompano… the Pompano area has 2 roped off areas for public beach access which is in between 2 additional large Private Beach areas that again you may not use… so unless you want to be on top of everyone in this extremely small, crowded Roped area you will have to drive your vehicle to another area (where I have no idea where as we never found any near by) It may have been helpful if either you offer an umbrella and 2 chairs in one of the 3 private beach areas or possibly a golf cart for use to travel farther along the beach (but you do not allow a cart even though they were all throughout the neighborhood our entire stay)…we will not be returning because of these reasons.

Very well appointed house with everything we needed for a great birthday weekend. We did not go to the beach because it was January, so I cannot speak to the convenience of that. Location was wonderful, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. If I had to nitpick a wonderful house, I would want a gathering room large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Beautiful home with lots of space and nicely equipped. Great resort pool. Wonderful stay. We hope to return.

Had a very relaxing trip to seaside therapy! Literally steps away from the resort style pool and a short walk to the beach. We were lucky enough to ride in the beach express a couple times which was such a nice perk. We have been vacationing to Destin for 6 years now and this is my favorite house so far. Location is top notch . Walking distance to both Destin commons and big lots. Hope to be back next year!

We had a great experience with the whole family celebrating a milestone birthday...property was perfect for our large group with separate levels and living areas

The house was great. Clean, fresh and plenty of space for multiple ages/groups. Check in was great to just drive in and not go to a rental office. Porch furniture was very nice and enjoyable. Kitchen stocked with basic needs. Large refrigerator. Nice washer & dryer & TV's. CONS: It is NOT an easy walk to beach and that particular beach access does not allow tents; thus, we had to load up daily and drive to another beach access to set up a tent. Who can stay on the beach all day without a tent or umbrella??? If all you want to do is enjoy the pool, then the house location is perfect. Parking - It will only accommodate three medium size SUV's. Overflow parking is VERY limited. Absolutely no street parking, No yard space for corn-hole or other outdoor games. Grill is provided but location is undesirable (at front door).

We loved this house for our group of 13. There was plenty of space. The proximity to the pool and beach we're hard to beat. The home management was quick to respond and we found nearly everything we needed for the week at the house.

We love the Villages at Crystal Beach community. This home was perfect for our group- 3 families. Location is amazing as it is right across from the pool. Will stay there again if available next year.

My family of 7 came to Destin for a week as part of our Christmas/winter break. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and all the amenities it offered. The location is accessible to plenty of shopping, dining, and site seeing. The rental was clean and in good condition and there was plenty of room for all of us! We would definitely love to come back when it is warmer weather so we can enjoy the pool and outdoors more.

Overall we enjoyed our family stay in the house. The house was pretty well situated to accommodate our 12 person family (not sure how you accommodate the 16 that is advertised), There were a couple of significant problems in the house. Given the situation with the resurgent virus, we decided to eat all our meals in the house. The house was well stocked with kitchen items and appliances. A variety of nearby shopping enabled us to stock the house with the food items and supplies that we needed for the week. Although the kitchen and dining area was small, we were able to prepare dinners and eat together. The only negative was the kitchen refrigerator didn't make ice; however, the small refrigerator on the second floor did. We used the gas BBQ for several dinners. The seating around the large TV on the first floor accommodated a lot of people, and the upstairs TV area gave the kids a separate place to play. Although in response to an inquiry to the Property Management, we were told there was no beach items at the house, it turns out there were several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, water boards and a trunk full of beach toys. The house is situated almost directly across from the community pool, which made it easily accessible to the kids. The beach is a solid15 minute walk from the Community, but there is a Community Van which ran continuously, 10 am - 12 pm and 1 - 5 pm daily, to the drop-off point across from the beach access. Upon arrival at the house, we discovered a small, handwritten note from Property Management, that advised us to not use the third floor shower. Apparently there was a leak that caused water to flow down on the second floor ceiling. Upon observation it was apparent that this leak had not just occurred. There were dark stains at both the second floor hallway ceiling and above the second floor shower. To us it appeared as mold, although Property Management said that it was just mildew. Although the third floor bathroom was usable, this still left us with having two showers for 12 people. Upon finding the note I attempted to contact Property Management on Saturday, but only could reach them later on Sunday. Given that this was a known problem, we thought we should have been informed ahead of time. We were told that they didn't want to ruin our vacation, and have offered compensation in lieu of the inconvenience. Although this compensation was promised, a month later it still has not been received.

Many things didn't work in the house which I relayed to the property manager and didn't hear back from her. The ceiling leaked from the 3rd floor bathroom, which someone did come and take a look at it. The pool chairs are very dirty with grime. We would not recommend this area to anyone.

Overall a very well-equipped house. I do wish there was more seating for meals. The house sleeps 16, but it doesn’t seat 16 for meals.

Really need more parking. When you have adults kids from other areas..3 car parking isn't enough.

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Therapy...however we were surprised that we had to pay $50 a day for beach chairs and they would not allow us to bring our own chairs for the first several days of our visit. Also, it was fairly chilly during our stay (middle of April) we were disappointed that the pool was only heated for the first day so we were not able to enjoy the pool the majority of our stay. The onsite pool staff knew it was too cold not to be heated but they would not turn it back on, many people in the community talked to them. The oven wouldn't work so a lot of food we purchased had to be thrown away which is such a waste, I asked the property management if they donated unopened food that was left to a local organization and I didn't get a response. Hated to see hundreds of dollars of food go to waste.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

First let me start by saying we are a family with five children (mostly teenagers and our youngest child with special needs). Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home. When we first pulled up, we were pleased to see such a beautiful, thought-out, secure community. There were ample parking for two vehicles. The third parking spot was close to the home, well within a speaking distance even. Before we even entered the home a few people in the community were walking and had given a friendly wave and hello. We were instantly treated like we were part of the neighborhood before we ever opened a door. The moment we entered this home we all had the same expression, just, “Wow!”. The first floor living/entertaining area is open and inviting. The kitchen is perfectly positioned with a small bar seating area that was perfect for our dinners each night with everyone. The furniture was all very clean and in excellent condition. The master bedroom was a dream with the space, a beautiful armoire and a master bathroom to die for. Jacuzzi tub and separate shower that always had enough hot water. As we headed up the stairs to the second level there were motion sensor night lights that made our youngest feel at ease. The second floor living area was very comfy and well put together. Laundry on the second floor was very convenient and all the bedrooms just as beautiful as the master downstairs. A small kitchenette in the living area was another considerate convenience. The balcony was set with sturdy and clean patio chairs. Heading up to the third level we noticed more of the beautiful art that is dispersed around the home. The two queen bedrooms were of course just as beautiful as the other bedrooms and the bunk room was very cozy for our youngest. The third floor balcony with separate entrances gave our girls some division but not complete separation and they were ecstatic. The entire house was an experience. Our day at the beach was unforgettable! Walking to the beach from the home was simple and a very short distance. We walked three adults, six children and a wagon and arrived within 15 minutes. Mind you the youngest walking was a toddler and walked there without use of a stroller. The beach trail was clearly marked on the streets and path. The beach itself was clean and well kept. We all cried when it came time to leave. It was hard to leave here because it was so inviting and felt like a home. We hope everyone can feel welcomed the way we did.

We took a quick trip for my bday and hung out with some of our best friends. The property was gorgeous and about a block from the beach. Everything was quick to access, but our favorite thing about the condo.... was just how clean it was! I mean we walked in and it looked amazing, but smelled super clean as well! The bedrooms are gorgeous and spaced out. The bathrooms are all new and so is all furniture. My group of friends and I simply cannot rave enough about how great this property is!
