Check in unkompliziert. Geräumig, sauber, bequem. Straßenbahn und kleiner Einkaufsmarkt direkt vor der Tür. Stilvolle Gestaltung. Zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum.

Good location, close to train station and the major sights and restaurants. Room is a decent size with a view overlooking the street below.
I would have liked bowls and plates in the room.

Camera pulita e carina. Il materasso era comodissimo. La doccia era molto spaziosa e piacevole. Asciugamani morbidi.
A disposizione un bollitore, bustine di tè, caffè zucchero e caramelle. Fanno trovare anche bicchieri da acqua e da vino.
Atmosfera rilassante. Comodità di un supermercatino proprio all'ingresso. A circa 10mn a piedi dal centro.
La camera prenotata sembrava più ampia, avevamo prenotato una Deluxe. Peccato i 4 piani di scale a piedi , anche se lo sapevamo.
Essendo situato su una piazza grande, con la finestra aperta, si sentiva parecchio il rumore di macchine, tram .. . Ma diventava più tranquillo una volta la finestra chiusa.

What I didn't like is the fact that in a advertisement about rooms it wasn't indicated that there wasn't lift in the building until I paid full prize for the room.
That information should be included in advertising through booking.com .
Also I have to mention window coverings is not easy to access and one have to stand on chair to cover windows for privacy.

Belle camere e posizione ottima. Vicinissima al centro e con parcheggi sotto casa.

Lovely comfortable bed, nicely air conditioned room, lovely big modern bathroom with a nice big shower. Very comfortable stay and a great location only 10 minute walk from the city centre. Lovely cafe downstairs and supermarket right below!
We were slightly worried about security at one point, as our key box (without our key in it as we’d taken it with us) the curtain was slid down with the correct key code put into it, nothing had been taken but it did make us a little anxious.

Great overall value and location. Short walk from just about anything you need.
The fridge appeared to actually be a freezer so your drinks and food will be frozen once you take them out. Also don't lose your room card. It is not like a hotel where it can be replaced quickly , especially during the late hours.

Beautiful decorated room and comfortable. Very close to the town center, 15 minutes walking. Love it!

Very comfortable room, warm and very clean.
Large shower.
It's is a bright room, but with efficient blinds for who doesn't like the sun in the morning.
Location is exceptional, very close to any shop or logistic spot.
It's at the forth floor, but it's not an issue at all. The stairs are large and the staff can help with luggages if needed.
Luka has been very helpful and provided advices and assistance right away, via booking app.
We loved our stay.
We did not ask the hotel to fix or change any of the below, so it's not really a minus, but something that if you ask, probably the management would fix it immediately.
WiFi quality is very low, basically not working on the TV. Netflix is not included but the TV is a smart own, so you can log in with your credentials... If WiFi allows you to do so...(our bad we did not raise this to the concierge/assistant,because we did not stay long and we had mobile data)
We missed a shower mat and shampoo, but we used a towel on the floor and we had our soaps, not big issue.
Oh, also very poor chose of tea in the room. I suggest to add some basic herbal and breakfast tea.
But again, we stayed so short time that it wasn't worth to ask to fix these things. I m sure the management would have helped straight away :)

Host is very kind and responsive, always 24/7 at your disposal. Place is spotles, walking distance to downtown.
Be aware that walls between apartments are very thin, so you can hear night talk, laughing, intimacy etc. from your neighbours.

Very good value for money. It was close to the city center (5min walking).
Place was very warm.
However room was dirty when we first arrived, as a gesture of apology we’ve received a bottle of wine and a chocolate box from the host. Was very loud, you could hear other people, as the place have 7 apartments.
