We loved the open floor plan and luxurious furnishings. Comfortable seating by the pool with a waterfall was especially nice in the evenings and November weather was still accommodating. One of the group wants to make reservations for his family at a later date. We all found it a wonderful experience !

Beautiful and spacious! Great place for a family fun long weekend

The house was very nice and located in town, where we wanted to be. There was enough space for all of us. We really enjoyed the pool! There were some small issues that were a bit bothersome. The garbage pail in the kitchen had a broken foot pedal, The upstairs shower tile needs to be repaired, some are loose and mold is showing, The silverware draw has only 8 dinner forks and no dessert forks, the front porch was very dirty, the cabinets in the kitchen have trouble staying closed and the cabinet that had a various assortment of spices needed a good cleaning. There were other small things that I don't feel are attended to. On a whole, we enjoyed our stay but thought these things should be looked into.

Wasser Haus has an excellent floor plan. It's clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Beautiful pool and spa in the backyard, close to everything, and plenty of room. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

House was selected for its private pool and hot tub, location, and appropriate bed/bath combos. House is listed as 3 1/2 baths but upon checking in, 2 baths were not operable and there was NO communication about this to us prior. After texting and inquiring, I was made aware that there was miscommunication between the plumber/manager. I was told that the part would be in Monday to repair the full bath that was not working and that the half bath was operational just marked as “do not use”. After trying to use the 1/2 bath, it was discovered the water was shut off to this toilet leaving 3 families to share the 2 functioning baths. The manager told me someone would be able to fix It Monday and I asked that they call prior to showing up. No one called, no toilet repair. I texted her Monday asking if I had permission to turn on water to 1/2 bath and she said I did. We now had a family using the toilet in the hallway and then showering in their private bath. This is not what I was paying for and when 5 days go by without repair it is unacceptable to me. There also was not enough forks/spoons for us all to use. We picked up plastic cutlery at Walmart to eat with. House was beautiful and located perfectly but a few oversights were frustrating and we should have been notified of 50% of the toilets not working.

Overall the house was adorable & would definitely stay again. The weather was perfect and we were able to enjoy the hot tub which was awesome! The beds were comfy. Not a big deal but the 2 king bedrooms upstairs had to share a bath, but one of the couples just used the other bathroom downstairs as theirs. The only negative I had was the WiFi did not work well at all for TV streaming or watching college football games. We lost connection numerous times watching the games and couldn’t keep a signal long enough to steam a movie. The coffee maker is old school and took quite awhile to make a pot of coffee. Besides that it is a great, convenient & clean place to stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the house. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. our beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Great locations to main street. Loved this house and will be back!

This home is adorable, well maintained and perfectly set up for fun and games with the whole family (with a bonus room for the late night partiers in your family to go to!), the pool and hot tub made for a relaxing Sunday brunch, and it was perfectly located for downtown fun, too! The only reason for the 4-star rating on the accuracy of the listing is that it had 3 King Bedrooms and 1 Queen Bed (not 4 Kings as stated). NOT a game changer - just needed to let y'all know! LOVE THIS SPOT & will be back!!!

The home is super cute. Plenty of space. Kitchen had most of the cooking essentials. Definitely not a single "extra" though. We've stayed in others that have at least had basic seasonings in the kitchen but not here. Otherwise quite nice overall.

House is exactly like the photos. However, floors were awful! Within the first 30 mins there my kids feet were black from walking around the inside of the house. The master shower has not been scrubbed in a while, the lower walls and floor was grimy with brown/black stuff as well as ants walking down the edge. I was told the upstairs shower was the same. The stove wasn’t fully working, only a few burners worked. There is a grill this listing needs to be updated. For the price I feel like the washer/dryer should be available, especially for a pool house. AC was turned on high one night, my husband got up to check it and it had gotten changed. Possibly on a schedule? Overall enjoyed the stay, would highly suggest a deep clean. I’m sure this house is always booked so they are possibly rushed, but really makes one question everything else.

My family stayed here for several days. We loved the decor and layout, especially the loft. The pool was great for cooling off and having fun. There were beach towels and pool floats and noodles, which was very convenient. We had a tiny bit of trouble with the hot tub and couldn’t reach the property manager, but overall this was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. It is on a corner lot, & there is much traffic noise. When inside it is fine, but pretty noisy in the backyard. Speaking of the backyard, the pool was not clean at all when we arrived. We arrived on a Monday and it was full of leaves & feathers. We dipped the pool many times trying to clean it & the scorpion that cleans the pool wasn't running. The water was very cloudy, so I knew the chemicals were not right. (One of the other ladies & I both have pools we knew it wasn't right. We called & on Tuesday the girl in the office can & said she put some chemicals in the water & it would be fine. Still not fine!! But the pool service would come on Wednesday morning. And they did & the pool was so clean & clear when he finished! So needless to say we got only 2 days in the pool before we left on Friday morning. Just frustrating that we paid a lot for this house with a pool so we could enjoy the water since it was over 100 each day. They did furnish beach towels for the pool & it would have been nice if they had a few more lounges around the pool. It is a long walk to town, so I suggest you drive to town to shop. We love Fredericksburg & we had a fun ladies trip. And if you do not care about a pool, then this house is for you. My only suggestion would be clean the pool before the arrival of a new group. Thanks
