Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) haben uns in der Wohnung auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern, gepflegt, sie bietet ausreichend Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, es gibt einen Parkplatz, gegenüber ist ein Bäcker und in 50m Entfernung ist ein wundervoller Kinderspielplatz. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt ist gering. Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Innenhof, sodass man die Straße auf der Vorderseite des Hauses bei geöffnetem Fenster nur gedämpft hört. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Uns hat die Wohnung prima gefallen. Alles Noetige war vorhanden und die Wohnung selbst sehr sauber. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Metzer, sowie ein griechisches und ein indisches Restaurant. Der Supermarkt (Rewe) war nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Wir kamen gegen 8Uhr abends und haben sehr lecker bei dem Griechen um die Ecke gegessen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern gestaltet und hat Alles was man braucht, sehr hell mit Balkon. Allerdings der Abfluss im Badezimmer muss repariert werden um Wasser beim Duschen nicht das Bad überschwemmt . Ein breitere Waschbecken im Bad könnte breiter sein .

Tolle Ferienwohnung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Lage ist optimal. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Altstadtbummel, Waldspaziergänge, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Therme und Freibad sind sehr gut erreichbat. Kommen gern wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern und genauso wie im Internet beschrieben und abgebildet. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und alles ist neuwertig. Mit den Brötchen vom Bäcker nebenan ließ es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon in den Tag starten. Die Busse an der nahe gelegenen Bushaltestelle fahren in kurzen Abständen in die Altstadt, zum Neckar, HBF, usw..Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt

Fantastische Ferienwohnung!

Wir waren sehr angetan von dieser Ferienwohung und werden sie zukünftig bei jedem Besuch Tübingens versuchen zu buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben alles vorgefunden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Excellent, light airy modern flat in a good location, a short walk from the town (you don't have to use the main road). An excellent baker just opposite. The main road is not busy at night, so not a problem. The only improvement we can suggest is the pillows: none of us liked them.

Building is just a couple of years old, so everything is quite new. Great location close to amenities and the old town. Dr. Ademi was a very gracious landlord. Would stay there again anytime!

We loved staying in this property. it was in a fantastic location. only 10 minutes walk to the city center. 5 minutes to a very beautiful walking, jogging path. The property is very clean and furnished with modern furniture. this was the first property ever that the pictures and the actual place matched perfectly. All appliances and accessories were of very high quality. the owner really made efforts into this place. A perfect place to stay in this lovely city. We loved our time in Tübingen, Germany. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Every detail was well thought out. Ample towels, comfortable bedding, and fast internet. Everything was so within walking distance, and the gracious host responded very quickly to a small concern.. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10

A couple of suggestions is to have instructions in English for the washer/dryer and perhaps a blanket for those not used to a Federdecka (down comforter). The property was easily accessible with convenient parking, near enough to the town centre and close to a lovely baker/café, supermarket and nice hotel for meals. The apartment was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed - even umbrellas (which unfortunately we did need!). Although it's on the main road, it was very quiet at night. Caroline provided us with clear information in advance and was very good to deal with. The most complicated thing was understanding all the re-cycling instructions! I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

The apartment is very well located just a 10 -15 minute walk or short bus ride to the centre of Tübingen. It is very clean and pleasant to stay in and ideal for small families. The host is very helpful and obliging. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

This flat ticks all the boxes - very good location just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Tubingen, immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable. There is a superb bakery next door and a supermarket five minutes walk away for any self catering. Easy to find, easy to get into, nice little balcony to have breakfast on, free parking right at the entrance. I really can't think of anything to criticise. All good.

We have just returned from a few day's stay in this excellent first floor (UK English) apartment. Everything about the booking process was clear and simple, with the friendly owner giving us great instructions about everything. We were pleased that her husband (whose office is in the same building) was able to show us around upon arrival too. We found everything to be perfectly clean, with everything to use in place. The kitchen had everything we needed; although we did not cook as we ate out every day, we did use it for breakfast and snacks. The apartment is very quiet, even though it is on a main road. The birds outside are lively - it's nice to watch them from the balcony. We only saw one other resident a couple of times; they seemed very friendly too. Parking is easy. The area - there is a good bakery directly across the street, and a well-stocked Rewe grocery store within about a 5 minute walk. We were able to walk to the city centre in about 10 mins. There are buses passing by all the time as well. Tübingen has many good restaurants and shops. Knowing some German will be very useful. We had a couple of lovely meals where my husband, who is just starting to learn, was given an English menu, while I used the German one. Plus, three-way conversations with myself and the waiting staff translating for him! All good fun - it seems a nice, friendly city. No complaints at all. I wish we had been able to stay longer. I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment, and will certainly try to book here again when we return to the area. Thank you, Caroline, for your friendly messages. We had a super time.

We got in late, and after having to knock on someone else’s door to find where we were staying because none of the doors are marked and it’s actually on the second floor, there was no toilet paper. They provided small hotel like and shampoo and lotion but without toilet paper in either bathroom to last us until we could go out and get some in the morning, it was a big inconvenience. With two of us, they assumed we were staying in one room together and there were no sheets for the second room, but they brought them over within 20 minutes of us calling. The bakery across the street is amazing and great for breakfast sweets. The apartment is modern, clean, fast WiFi, easy close parking spot, we got to wash up all our laundry, and it was overall very nice. The pillows are a little strange so if you are a picky sleeper, beware and maybe bring your own.
