The condo and grounds are beautiful. It was very comfortable for our family of 8. We all had a wonderful time. Areas for improvement: We could of used more info at checkin. We did not know if we were in Las Ventanas I or II. We weren't sure where to park and we did not know which golf cart was ours to use. (The info on the keychain did not correlate with the cart. Also, we could not find any information regarding what restaurants were on property, hours of operation, etc. The concierge was very helpful, but we didn't know how to find them either! The hotel concierge pointed us in the right direction. Perhaps, just a one page pdf with this info to be included for guests sent the day prior to arrival. Once we found everything, the rest of our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you!

Perfect Paradise!! Family of 8, all adults truly enjoyed a relaxing week on the beach. The accommodations we're perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 bath's for 4 adult couples. The family, dining and kitchen openness made for a perfect gathering spot. The balconies overlooking the pool and the view of the ocean were spectular. We all wanted to stay longer and can not wait to return.

A spectacular 4-bedroom condo, perfect for any trip. We loved the Bahia Beach resort, private chef for one evening, rain forest, bioluminescent kayak, etc. Fair warning - you will either need a car or a driver for your trip as the St Regis is not centrally located and taxi/ubers are sparse and expensive.

Renting was an easy process. The unit itself had issues that I can discuss with the owner. We had a wonderful experience in this resort. Loved it!!

We took our 5 children ranging in age from 10-22. There was something for everyone. The property was better than we could have imagined. We will be visiting again. The hosts were wonderful. Way better than 5 stars!!!

We were a group of friends staying at this property. The apartment was beautiful. We loved having an apartment with other amenities like housekeeping and the use of the restaurants and pools at the hotel. We also loved having use of the golf cart!! The manager was great and helped us with a taxi driver who took us around Puerto Rico. Definitely would recommend!!

The unit was fabulous and very clean. Pictures on VRBO site represent the property well. Resort is very beautiful and laid back. My only criticism would be that when unforeseen circumstances arose, the manner in which I was spoken to was condescending and accusatory.

Everything was in great condition, easy to access and the view of the ocean was beautiful.

Spring break with college age kids was great. Lots of activities through the resort… golf, paddle boarding, catamaran and snorkeling, hiking rain forest, bioluminescence kayak. The week went by quickly!

We had a wonderful stay with family in Bahia Beach. The condo was spacious, clean and the location is unbeatable. The unit has a beautiful beach view, is very well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. Service was great! We hope to return soon!

We stayed in this 4-BR unit as two couples only. The price point was better than staying in separate hotel rooms at the shared St Regis and the experience was outstanding. The NY based rental team and the on-site property manager Abdel made the process so seamless include all the COVID regulations. Of note, the location and the entire island's attitude toward COVID safety measures was completely on point and made it easier to enjoy ourselves knowing that people taking vaccinations, boosters, masking, and sanitizing seriously. The condo itself is spectacular. Amazing views from the three (yes 3!!!) balconies of the quieter pool and ocean. The penthouse level allows for vaulted ceilings with beams that really add to the tropical feel of the unit. The two en suites were good sized with large walk-in closets. The other two bedrooms had kings and access to well sized baths had we been traveling with more couples. The split floorplan was ideal for privacy when needed. We didn't intend to cook but the kitchen had all the basics. Groceries, however, should be purchases on the way in from San Juan as there is nothing nearby really. The bathrooms share a 100 gallon tank so be mindful when there are lots of folks showering. One of the bathrooms didn't have a place to store toiletries and it was a minor nuisance to bend over to get them. The water pressure was acceptable. It was amazing to have daily housekeeping to tidy up and make the beds which made it feel like being in the hotel. In addition, we were able to use the recreation facilities without added costs including a great gym area, bikes, kayaks, etc. The surrounding area has lots of paths weaving around the property to see flora and fauna which was a nice way to break up the even easier, ever present access to the beach from the unit. Both pools were lovely though the secondary pool did not have access to towels. We did not try any of the food onsite as we preferred to explore eateries in other areas. Overall, highly recommend for a luxury experience at a lower price point than the St. Regis.

Spacious, well situated and well stocked unit with a Great ocean view. The pool directly in front needs work and has no attendants, but the Beach Club pool, steps away, is beautiful as is that restaurant. The resort has a lot to offer for all ages. St Regis doesn’t communicate well about how to book things and what’s at your access. There are 5 restaurants but only 2 for dinner, neither great for kids. Our condo with a kitchen is the best family option. There’s building going on on property but we had a quiet holiday week so can’t say how disruptive that might be. In a few years, this entire place will be five star. The staff are lovely. The females in our group had a great spa experience, but the male side of the spa was neglected. Maybe just a bad day given Covid shortages. The Boat House on the lake was so fun. And golf Course views are stunning. Plan meals and activities beforehand .

Just an incredible stay with a beautiful property in great location with the friendliest and best staff. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for first class property and destination.

Property was great and so many amenities. The pools were nice, golf was beautiful. We had trouble with the golf cart and communication with Abdel but would go back in a heart beat.

What a great location, and large property.

WOW! First, the property itself was amazing. All the king beds were perfect and the main suite was more than spacious. We used one fold out bed as there were 9 of us. The kitchen, living room, balcony had plenty of room and .... wow, what an amazing view overlooking the pool and then the beach. We had full access to everything - the water park at the lake, restaurants and the golf course. We ate at Paros for dinner and it was our best meal in Puerto Rico - it was expensive but worth the price. We ate breakfast / lunch at Seagrapes and really enjoyed the main pool on the Marriott property. The Beach Club by the golf course was not our favorite ... better for lunch than dinner. The kids especially enjoyed the lake and spent most of their free time there. Five people enjoyed the spa and my wife and I played 18 holes (plan to bring a camera to catch the amazing scenery and A LOT of golf balls). One of the most beautiful and convenient places I have had the privilege to stay.

Penthouse and surrounding property absolutely gorgeous tropical paradise! We found check-in difficult and had very little guidance on where to go/what to do, location of restaurant, pools, groceries, facilities available, etc. By the 2nd day we had figured things out, but a map and some folder with information would have been very helpful. Penthouse was beautiful, maid service wonderful, and enjoying use of golf cart.

Surprised my husband and his friends with a trip to PR & a stay at this luxury penthouse. They absolutely loved the property. Very upscale! Only downside is that it’s away from all the tourist hotspots but nothing a short drive can’t fix! Overall they raves about everything from the great housekeeping to beautiful views!!

This 4 bed/4 bath villa was perfect for 4 couples, we all had our own big bedrooms and private bathrooms. There is a fully stocked kitchen and cleaning service daily. The view is incredible. It is on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken for over 24 hours which was tough since one of our guests had a broken foot but after a text to the property manager it was fixed the next morning. Our favorite part was the 6 seater golf cart to drive around the massive resort. It was tough to get an Uber/Taxi off the resort but there is plenty to do onsite - tennis, kayaking, golf, multiple pools, beach club with numerous activities, etc. We had great meals at the numerous resorts on the resort property as well. We would recommend this resort and villa!

Property was great. Communication was good with Abdel, but we had a hard time with the concierge for the residences.

This was perfect for a group of eight people. The resort was beautiful and the home was gorgeous.

We just returned from a week long stay in Bahia Beach at this wonderful property. The condo was very well-appointed, exactly as you can see in the photos. The ocean front view was beautiful and even better than the photos depict. The property manager facilitated our various needs such as crib rental and was readily available for recommendations and questions. With a grocery store only 5 minutes away it was very easy to have everything for our young children in the house so that we didn't need to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The Bahia Beach development is perfect for couples or families. Our kids loved the boat house where they could jump on trampolines and play on the slides out on the lake. We also took out kayaks and paddle boards. Of course they also loved the pool and beach club. The restaurants at Bahia Beach were excellent; we liked Fern (Jean Georges) and Molasses equally. The staff all over the resort was highly responsive and friendly. We highly recommend Bahia and this property.

We had a wonderful vacation, staying at this beautiful villa on Bahia Beach. We were 6 adults, living very comfortably in the space. Pictures show exactly what the unit looks like. Beautiful, new, clean. Housekeeper was really pleasant and came every day to freshen up the space. We took advantage of restaurants at the St. Regis, played golf, and enjoyed the pool and beach access tremendously. Bahia Beach Club pool and beach areas are even nicer than those at the St. Regis Hotel. If you go - bring all toiletries, as no shampoo, conditioner, or moisturizer is provided at the villa. We would highly recommend these accomodations and hope to return some day soon!

The apartment was lovely, and could accommodate our group. Excellent bathrooms. Since we all like to cook, the open kitchen was fun. Unfortunately, it was not set up with large enough pots, serving plates and utensils. We made do, but cooking was challenging. The staff always was accommodating, in particular, Molasses restaurant. We were there during a very quiet time, so we had the condo pool as well as the beach to ourselves. Often there were inadequate beach and pool towels, and absolutely nothing in terms of balls or floats. We all wished we were permitted to use the the St. Regis pools, which had waterfalls, and more activities. We all loved the slides and trampoline in the lagoon. Our suggestion is to shower thoroughly after the lagoon. We also used the kayaks to go to the bird sanctuary....no birds were to be found. Perhaps it was the time of day. The work out bldg is separate from the St Regis. It had to be the sales office. Although the equipment was new, almost none of the TVs or videos worked. Our one huge disappointment was we could not keep the doors open to the balcony, because the "noseeums" were everywhere. A week after returning, we all still were covered with bites and itching. Do not bring any beach towels into the apartment. We had a fine time together, but the negatives were glaring.
