A beautiful slice of Puerto Rico when staying at this property. It’s a perfect location, close to El Yunque, several beaches to snorkel, Old San Juan, basically anywhere you would want to go on PR. Luis is the consummate host & will answer any & all questions for you. I cannot say enough positive things about the property and Luis. All in all, it was a perfect vacation! Thank you again, Luis!!

This is our 4th time staying in Rio Mar. The resort is beautiful and we love staying in Rio Grande, it is centrally located for great day trips around the island.

The property was well located, very clean and incredibly spacious. Steps from the clubhouse. The host was kind and very responsive.
Only things worth noting:
-i specifically verified the golf cart was included in our stay. When we arrived and asked where it was, i was told it was being repaired and that one could be made available to us for $60/day cash paid up front.
-we learned the amenities of the resort (pool) were not included with the villas. There was a seperate area for villa guests/owners.
- everything closes at like 5:00. They gates are locked even if you are still sitting on the beach.

Luis amicably greeted us upon arrival. He showed us through our super clean villa and pointed out the amenities, including the golf cart for use and the laundry. He told us what pool to go to and where we could get breakfast. The villa was a bit dated in appearance but was immaculately clean. It is about .8 of a mile to the main beach area and the resort. It is very close proximity to many restaurants, kioskos, beaches and the famous National park rainforest, El Yunque. The location is about a 40 minute drive to San Juan. There is no charge for parking. A couple of miles to a grocery store. All of the amenities you’d need for a stay including towels, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, stove, laundry, etc. The bed is small, I’d say a double size. There is a lovely covered porch area that overlooks the golf club and course. It was a wonderful vacation and a great price for the area we stayed in! We always felt safe and Luis was wonderful to update us on any happenings.

The villa was exactly as pictured and is located within the wyndham rio mar resort grounds. When we arrived, luis greeted us and showed us the ropes. We were provided with a golf cart to navigate the grounds, which was perfect. You are able to go to the hotel for the casino and restaurants. There is a seperate pool/club house for the residents of the villas.
The ac worked, the villa was clean, thr loft/living room area is very spacious.
This is PRIME location if you want to go to the rain forest, the natural water slides, or the kiosks. We had a wedding at the hotel. We look forward to coming back.

If you are coming for an event at the Wyndham - we were here for a wedding - and don't want to pay the high hotel prices, this is a good option. Cluster 1 is as close as you can get. The condo was way more space than we needed but we enjoyed spreading out and having a private porch to hang out on (no view but cozy). The condo is nothing fancy but a good base for excursions in Fajardo and Loquillo - and golf if that's your thing. The HOA revoked pool and beach club privileges for non-owners and that was a bummer but the beach was empty and lovely and very close.
Luis met us when we came in close to midnight and was very responsive.
The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Luis is great to work with. Met us at the property, showed around the villa, tons of room to spread out. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were only able to spend one night at this booking. Luis took it upon himself to rebook us at another villa. He made what could have been a nightmare into a small inconvenience. Thank you again Luis!

The check in process went very smoothly with Luis there to greet us. Villa nicely decorated, has large living area and all the amenities needed. All air units worked well. Be sure to confirm Wi-Fi code, how to operate living area lights, tvs and location of outside garbage bin. Washer and dryer were not operational. Also there are several steps down to the entrance. Loved the location to the Rainforest and beaches. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice location near the rainforest. Luis is a gracious host and we had everything we needed. (Oh, could use a reading light in the living room.) The unit is spacious, pretty and has a sweet balcony. The unit in this complex has a lot of stairs, may not be best for anyone with mobility problems but safe and comfortable. Recommend if you are ok with stairs. Thanks Luis!

The property is as listed and was a comfortable space and met our needs. Proximity to the beach/pool excellent, just a golf cart ride away. The kitchen is equipped with all we needed, and Luis left us a big bag of ice, much appreciated.

Spacious 1 bedroom with two full baths, well equipped kitchen, large balcony overlooking the golf course, large living room with a loft area and second TV, dining room. It's a short drive to the large community pool and lovely private beach. Next to the golf clubhouse and cafe in case you don't want to cook, in a gated community with parking included. Wifi worked great. A couple of minor things, we couldn't unlock the entrance to the balcony from the bedroom and the A/C in the bedroom was cold (maybe no problem in summer). Very short drive to El Yunque forest if you want a change from the beach. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Property is as described and consists of spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom, large living room with a second full bathroom, dining area, a small kitchen, and a terrace where you can relax viewing the golf course. Excellent host and great location. Two places for dinner worth mentioning, Iguanas at the golf club, and Don Pepe on hwy#3 by the entrance to Rio Mar.

Perfect get away!
Luis is wonderful! The villa is so cozy and clean. My 16 yr old son, 13 yr old daughter and I loved our stay. The large master, cool loft were perfect accommodations. Way better than expected
Luis was a great host. He patiently waited for us to arrive after waiting close to 3 hours for our rental car. He personally waited for us at the property and explained everything in great detail.

Luis was very kind to stay up late to check us in and got the hot water up to temp as soon as possible.
We would have loved to take a hot bath while there but there is no way to stopper the tub! That would be a great improvement.
It would be nice, also, to have some foil or cling wrap to store food in. Kitchen functions well otherwise.

Breathtaking Views
Beautiful Spanish Revival villa. The balcony has fantastic views of the golf course. You feel very close to nature with a resort vibe. We enjoyed spending the day a the Beach Club and having dinner at hotel restaurants. This is an excellent choice if you want to relax at the villa, pool, beach, play Golf, Tennis or go to the spa.
