I rented this apartment for my daughter to come and stay so she could care for me after having surgery. She was right next door to me and it was so convenient to have her there and yet have her privacy, too. I'm a long time lover of staying at the BCA. I needed a midtown Atlanta location for my business trip that weekend. I decided to try Vrbo and found this great place! From start to finish was the best booking/stay/communication experience. Plus I needed free parking. I am a VP for a major hotel company and stay in hotels 200 nights if the year and wanted to change up my stay. No question was left unanswered, all my needs were met. The mattress was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I was welcomed when I arrived and thanked when I departed. Will not stay anywhere else but here when I am back in Atlanta. I am also going to have a meeting with some of my senior execs to go over some practices this location does better than some of our hotels.

My husband used to live in Atlanta. He couldn't stop saying how impressed he was with our Classic Studio. Affordable, great location, clean, comfortable (loved the firm mattress), easy parking and check-in. Only noise was birdsong :) Look forward to coming back! My second week staying at BCA Studios was as good as my first. Clean apartment, equipped kitchen, and very comfy bed. Great stay!

BCA was in a great location, close to everything on our itinerary. The place was clean amd tidy. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Truly a home away from home. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, quiet, and bathed in natural light. I loved the little oven! The bathroom was new and clean with a roomy shower with good water pressure. Although I found the check-in process to be a little more comprehensive than I had expected, I realized during my stay that it was designed to invite guests who respect the property, are quiet, and not partying or smoking in their units. A wonderful stay!

Place is nice and homely. Location is good for traveling to all the entertainment and food locations within the city. Only comment would be the parking lot is a bit tight for full size suv's on the upper parking lot, but if that's all I can see as a problem it will not make me want to return again in the future. The one suggestion I would make is to have signs showing where the room numbers are on a wall or stairways on the upper level.

The unit was clean and nicely appointed. Everything very comfortable, quiet and safe. Easy parking. Any conversations with staff were top-notch. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. For me, it was more pleasant than staying at a hotel!

Clean and elegant

While my wife was in Piedmont Hospital Atlanta I started at BCA. I usually stay at Residence Inns because I like having a refrigerator and kitchen. The BCA was every bit as nice but, with such a perfect location, I expected a higher price. Recommended.

It was everything we set out for for our stay in Atlanta--nice location, peaceful, comfortable, and well-equipped place. Property Managers were great to answer any questions and to help us out in timely manner. Have referred the property to others.

The studio was a perfect place to stay, it was located in a good, quiet and safe location. I was visiting from Los Angeles, CA my friend who lives in Atlanta for the first time, and I had a great time. The bed was very comfortable and the studio was very cozy and clean. If I ever come back to Atlanta I would definitely stay here again.

Yes, it was in Midtown...but that was about all it had going for it. The week before, we got an email requiring us to basically re-register for our stay (isn't that the point of VRBO??), submit a credit card for damages (so now a random property management company has our credit card) submit a picture of my drivers license (and they now have a pic of my unique ID) and a selfie of me HOLDING my drivers license. Geez. And if I didn't do this, I would be refused the stay, even though I already paid. So begrudgingly I provided the info. I hoped this was the last of it, but when we got there I had to basically register AGAIN within 12 hours or I would be locked out of the apartment. I had to provide yet another selfie, this time one of me on the stained couch. This property manament company has some trust issues. If that wasn't bad enough, the place kinda grossed me out. On the surface it was clean enough, but suspicious (and plentiful) stains on the couch, perma-dirty baseboards, and shoddy plumbing repairs made me not want to be in the place more than we had to. We had to fill out a cleaning checklist on the way out. A CLEANING CHECKLIST! I felt like I was back in my college dorms. We even had to take out our own trash, (OR ELSE!) even though they had a maid to clean the place after we left. (The reason we knew they had a maid is because she knocked on our door an hour before checkout, trying to get in to clean the place.) I was terrified the entire time that I was going to break one of their many rules and get charged an exorbanent fee for something stupid. ($25 to replace a dollar store scratchy washcloth if it got any sort of stain on it?! Really?!) I might have felt differently about the whole thing if we were renting from a PERSON, but we were renting from "professional" property management company...who made the process more complicated than it needed to be. I use VRBO so I don't have to get a hotel. And at the end, I wished I would have just got a hotel. It would have been more accommodating, cleaner, and trusting.

There was only one reason I didn't give a Five star...smoking from another occupant kept me from sleeping one night.

My boyfriend and I went on our first vacation together. We were lucky enough to find this apt Studio, the room exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very modern and clean. The queen mattress was extremely comfortable we slept like a baby. The location was perfect in a nice quite, safe neighborhood, my boyfriend and I felt safe enough to walk at night to the local restaurants. Mr. Dee was GREAT - quick to answer and made sure our needs were met. Next time when we come to Atlanta we'll definitely staying here again!!!!!!

The studio apt was very cozy and had everything you need for your stay. All you'd have to do is shop for a few groceries and you're good to go. We had a small issue with the TV and called the service desk. The girl on duty was very helpful and assisted us getting it back on line with Direct TV right away. Awesome little restaurants the locals eat at were so good. Have breakfast at the Egg Harbor Cafe one block to you left from the apt. On Peachtree St. Also had pizza at Albrita's (spelling my be a little off) but within two miles of the apt. We went to the aquarium and also attended a concert. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the Studios on 25th. We would stay here again.

This property is located in Midtown Atlanta at Buckhead in a quiet, largely residential neighborhood. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance, from Chipotles and quirky pizza and Mexican joints to more upscale Tuk Tuk (Thai) and Houston's. The wonderful High Museum is only a mile away. Most neighborhoods, each with its own distinctive vibe, are 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic; rush hour seems to begin at 3:30. Free parking can be problematic, though there are plenty of pay lots. The studios themselves appear to be recently renovated, are clean and outfitted with Ikea everything, from bathroom and kitchen fixtures to furniture and lighting. There is a large screen television, a reasonably comfortable bed and small sofa and chair. In addition to bed linens and good size towels, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues, and dish washing liquid are provided. There is also a small coffee maker with filters. Overall, we were pleased with the quality and price. Our only quibble was the behavior of some of the guests. Several days they were outside loudly talking and laughing at two, three and four in the morning. They could be heard even through closed windows. As there didn't appear to be any on-site staff, nothing was done.

The studio was very clean and perfect for what we needed for the weekend. The bathroom door was very hard to open and close. The AC unit wouldn't work one night, but started back up in the morning. Everything else was good.

Close to our family and things to do and see in Atlanta. Quiet neighborhood...nice to walk around...had a good stay.

This place was absolutely great, it's a small but spacious place for a couple. It's really quiet, and placed in a nice neighborhood. You're going to be in the heart of midtown, so literally everything is near. You can even walk to the nearest Chipotle that's located right up the street. Overall it was a very lovely and inexpensive experience!

This was by far the best place that my husband have ever stayed! We didn't expect such excellent quality for such a low price. BOY WERE WE SURPRISED! The landlord was amazingly kind and responded to us in a very timely manner especially since we were already on our way. It is much better than a hotel and so very peaceful. The decor was to die for with modern art and walk in shower. I recommend this property to high class individuals looking to be close to literally everything in Atlanta and not pay a fortune. If we could, we would certainly live there.

Our family stayed in their Brookwood Courtyard property (2 Bedroom) for 2 weeks while we were having some renovations done at our house a couple of blocks away. It was a great experience! Dee was so helpful and the owners were on-site quite a bit and made sure we had everything we needed. The units are newly renovated and are very nicely done. It's a 1940's building and they did a great job of keeping the vintage charm and still making it modern and fresh. The units are also very big. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. If you are visiting Atlanta the location can't be beat! Convenient to restaurants, Piedmont park, the Atlanta Beltline, High Museum and Marta! We stayed in unit 6 and the views of the Atlanta Skyline from that unit are simply amazing! I would stay there again and will book it from now on whenever we have guests coming in town!

I found everything about this Studio Apartment excellent. The location was perfect for my travels around Atlanta. The apartment was absolutely clean and well kept. The furniture, decorations and amenities were quite nice. A kind-of Modern/Retro. This location in Atlanta is quite and peaceful. Just right for a vacation. The kitchen facilities were top notch and fully supplied. I only had two minor questions after I arrived, and the Manager - Dee - answered quickly and clearly. The overall property and location is beautiful and well kept. Very nice restaurants are within a city block of the front door, and I enjoyed several of them during my stay. I will definitely make my reservations at this location during my future trips to Atlanta.

Great property! Dee made sure I had everything for an easy stay... it was so easy. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to many nice eating spots and really easy driving to downtown Atlanta activities. I will definitely stay here again!
