I didn’t like anything in this.
Very bad apartment, lights not working properly, damaged floors, bathroom not cleaned, very old, no staff for support. Scary for kids same as like ghost place.

We booked this hotel based on the review score and the recommendation of Booking.com. The initial interaction was good, we received contact and check in instructions promptly. We arrived a night and once walked in we were shocked. Zero maintenance, cigarette smell, toilet not cleaned from previous guest (trace of faeces in the toilet), unable to lock windows, spiders everywhere including dead ones on bed and very poor maintenance in general. We tried to call the manager but no answer; as kid tired after day of travel we decided to stay however we booked another hotel first thing in the morning and left. Feedback provided to property but no reply or acknowledgment. Complaint to Booking.com but no luck yet. I could go on but by now I assume my opinion and experience is obvious. Don't go if you can.

The beds were comfy.they had kettle for tea and coffee facility with all the ingredients. So we gave 5 stars rating.
We booked 2 rooms.The red sheets were dirty and stinky.toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly.they need to fix the lights issue in one of the room.

Its location was perfect
I booked a family room : triple and double / and in family room only had a double bed and a single bed. Shower was very basic yet paid £600 for 3 rooms !

Really horrible and disgusting. Super dirty. Was so cold and heating was not working. Would not recommend anyone going there, especially with kids. Had to pay extra and look for another accomodation and they would refuse to refund. Pics are not accurate.

Surprising, we had a full flat for very cheap, its comfy and the déco is nice, dont expect a modern and New room its an old building but it have his own charm and the ppl who manage it are really nice. We went in January and the heatings worked really well it was good.
The area is not the best of Manchester obviously but its close from the stadium and from the Quays wich is a really nice place to visit.

The distance from the football stadium was perfect
The cleanliness of the whole room and bathroom there was extreme dirt in the bathroom and water was cold so couldn’t shower

Location was fanatic, we stayed in the apartment it was huge for my family of 6, beds were extremely comfy, view of the stadium was amazing to wake up to, staff were very friendly would defo return great stay 👍

we liked how close it was to the stadium, and the beds were really comfy.
the bathroom! there was no hot water both mornings we were there so had to wait till the evenings to have showers. the shower has a step when u come out of it but once wet it’s quite dangerous and slippery. I fell straight out the shower and down the step.

Location was good.
Our room was ok considering the price we paid. However, toilet didn’t work/flush and leaked. The shower was awful as the pressure and temperature was constantly cold. We told staff about this issue, and they said someone came to fix the toilet however it still didn’t flush.
