Television was broke and not replaced all tho we was offered a twin room to move to Other than that we was hardly there as we was there for a wedding nearby

Very well located, employees were all nice and friendly, the rooms were very neat, clean, spacious, and confortable. The beds were confy and the bathrooms very clean.

The room was very loud, I could hear all the people laughing fron the bar until late at night. The room next door was also extremely loud... many people singing, laughing, and partying until past 1 am. The breakfast was supposed to start at 8:30 am. Even though we were there at 8:30, we did not get breakfast until 9:40 (check out was at 10!). Some people left because it was taking too long. We almost left as well because we had train tickets and we had to check out, but breakfast was paid already. Noise in the rooms and breakfast could use some improvement.

great location to city centre, Old Trafford grounds, local restaurants & bars, train station.

noise from traffic/ people passing by. No air con but too noisy to have windows even slightly open. bar closed at 10.40 & no concessions for guests. breakfast advertised as being from 07.30 (still advertised on their website) but chef doesn’t arrive until 8.30 & breakfast starts at 9. No apology from staff. Not a great selection for breakfast but what we had was tasty & plentiful. Our room had a broken curtain rail. spoke to staff, who said “oh, shouldn’t be like that”, but made no effort to view, repair, or offer a solution so we hooked the curtains up ourselves. large bathroom but with the smallest standard shower unit & the hot/cold shower knob did not twist. managed to move it from cold to warm with help of own multi tool. At approx 3.30am a large deluge of water flows from above onto the pavement below. do not know if it was part of a timed system for plant boxes no longer there, but loud enough to wake 3 heavy sleepers. positives: Location, price. clean & comfortable. great iron & ironing board.

It’s in a great location and the staff are really friendly. The food is good and the breakfast is really good.

They didn’t have a couple of drinks that we asked for (Sauvignon blanc, nothing too extreme) and one of the breakfast dishes couldn’t be made as they didn’t have the main ingredient. and the tv didn’t work in the room.

The sofa bed had been folded away with the sheets still on it which made us think they had not been cleaned

The room was more spacious than we thought for the price which is a bonus! Staff were very helpful and friendly! Can’t fault for the price at all.

Nothing I could say was bad for what we paid especially with the location! Perfect distance away from the craziness of the city but still easy enough to walk!

Nice hotel close to City center. Lovely people running the place, serving a splendid breakfast!!

The Sunday evening food was awful. We had to send it back. But to be fair it's cos we went for a roast and they didn't have any left. So we chose from the rest of the menu and I don't think they were set up to deal with that at 5.30 on a Sunday Breakfast was lovely though

Breakfast was lovely although their coffee machine was not working so no not drinks. About 10minutes walk to the opera house.

Noticed a couple of cobwebs on the ceiling in the room, better lighten need in the room especially over the mirror so you can do your name up especially when there are 2 females trying to do their make up
